Great staff, great location, very decent breakfast with many options, nice bathroom.

Очень неплохой отель за свои деньги. Мы использовали как транзитный, на одну ночевку. Остались довольны. Отель не новый, но в номерах чисто, постельное белье чистое и комфортное. Нам нужен был семейный номер для 2 взрослых и 2 детей, нам предоставили смежные номера, которые соединялись через внутреннюю дверь, что очень удобно. Завтрак не шикарный, но все необходимое было. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить персонал - очень отзывчивые, во всем помогали. Отдельное спасибо Виктору на ресепшен за помощь с трансфером!!!
Расположение отеля отличное, в самом центре.

Pros:

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to many places to eat and explore. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared when I arrived. What made the stay even better was the friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Special thanks to Keisha for being so kind and attentive during my stay. I truly appreciated the warm service and would happily stay here again.

Le personnel de l'accueil était très sympathique.

Cons:

La chambre (et même l'étage) sentait l'humidité.
De plus, le groupe comprend plusieurs hôtels et nous trouvons que l'annonce n'était pas claire : dans celui où nous étions, il n'y avait pas de spa, alors que sur Booking on avait compris le contraire.

Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very pleasant. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed.

Un cadre charmant et un personnel accueillant aux petits soins
Pros:

Position centrale très pratique, proche du lac et du quartier ancien . Très joli cadre , confortable, bien décoré et très calme . Personnel au top , avec un manager très attentionné et qui plus est parle parfaitement le français ! La suite terrasse est très agréable, cet hôtel a été un plus dans notre séjour à Hanoï . Merci encore pour le plateau d accueil !

Le personnel me demande de mettre 5 etoiles parce qu il m a surclasse... sans meme voir la chambre ou autre. Sachant que pour le prix et pour un hôtel dit 4 etoiles, la chambre n est vraiment pas au rdv, elle fait vieillotte avec pas mal de moulure en mauvaise etat et une salle de bain avec du calcaire. L emplacement est bon en revanche.

Charmant hôtel en plein cœur de Hanoï , emplacement au top et personnel très accueillant !
Pros:

Un joli petit hôtel en plein cœur de Hanoï , juste à côté du lac , nous avons été très bien accueilli par un monsieur qui parlait très bien français , et qui nous a surclassé dans une jolie chambre au 7 eme avec de grandes baies vitres et une décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût ! Nous y retrournons bientôt !

一到飯店,我跟司機說你弄錯了不是這裡,因為我看到像是民宅的酒店...我訂的不是4星級酒店嗎..司機弄錯了...後來跟櫃台確認後,確定就是這裡.飯店門面跟我想像的差很多...後來才發現老城區這裡的建築都是這樣的...雖然不是新穎的酒店,但住起來舒服,服務人員態度都非常好非常貼心...早餐的選擇也多...下次我還願意來住這裡..
