Bon rapport qualité prix mais propreté pourrait être mieux
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et accueillant. La réceptionniste Keisha était très gentille. Le petit déjeuné était excellent avec plusieurs choix. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Il y a un 7 eleven à 1 minute à pied pour les besoins. Et tous les emplacements à voir à Hanoi sont à proximité à pied. Nous avions réservé pour une chambre avec un grand lit double mais rendu sur place ils nous ont dit qu’il restait seulement celle sans fenêtre. Ils nous ont proposé une plus grande chambre avec vue sur la ville pour le même prix.

Cons:

Moins propre que sur les photos. Système de douche qui fuit et coule au sol jusqu’à la toilette. Taches louches qui ressemble à du sang sur tous les rouleaux de papier de toilette. Quelques taches sur les draps aussi.

Highly recommend! The location is truly perfect - it is right in the city center and just a few steps away from the lake. It is close enough that you can easily walk to everything you want to see in Hanoi, yet tucked away just far enough to offer a quiet, peaceful place to rest after a busy day of exploring.
​The rooms were spotless and exceptionally clean, making it very easy to relax. I also have to highlight the food, which was very fresh and tasty.
​A separate and huge thank you goes out to the wonderful staff, especially Sarah. She is an extremely kind and helpful person who went out of her way to answer all of my questions during my stay. Sarah made both the check-in and checkout processes incredibly smooth and professional.
​I will definitely be booking here again the next time I come back to Hanoi!

Pros:

非常棒的地點，走路到附近的餐廳、還劍湖、酒吧都是非常方便的。接待的男性員工也非常有禮貌，遇到房間或是設施有任何問題都很快速的幫忙處理。

Super, convient bien aux attentes
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, très propre et les chambres sont très bien. Également le personnel est adorable, Sarah à l’accueil était vraiment gentille, nous avons même été surclassées ! Le petit déjeuner est correct, très bon et semblable aux petits déjeuners dans les hôtels au Vietnam.
