The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked.
When we arrived there was no staff on site. They left a note on the desk with a phone number to call. After calling the number a person who could barely speak English told me they have left a room key on the counter. There was no room key. After about 15 minutes a person arrived by car and got us a room key. Additionally, none of the other staff we encountered during our staff spoke english. Anytime we had a question they would have to go fetch someone who spoke English. Very disappointing.

Good location and good price
Beds were uncomfortable.
It was nice and quiet. No loud noises from other patrons. Ample parking. Nice large TV! And no hidden fees of any sort.
Room could use a bit of tweaking. The shelf/hangar area for your clothing had one corner not completely anchored to the wall!

My room, several other families and 10 rooms for wrestlers were given away before our arrival. When we arrived to check in they said they had no rooms for us.
Clean and good value
No breakfast which was advertised. Not a big deal they just need to update the listing to reflect that.
What breakfast? Coffee juice some cereal. Went across the street to the restaurant.
