Pros:

Everything was clean and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Not being able to checkin early. I had traveled for a funeral and requested early checkin that morning but never received a response. Upon arriving I requested an early checkin at the desk and the lady was abrupt and not accommodating at all which was disappointing.

I assumed they were still prepping rooms so i waited in my car until the appropriate check in time. When i entered the room the back door was left open by staff. The conditioner was also empty in the shower and hand soap was almost empty. Overall I wasn't impressed.

Pros:

Loved the bedding package. TV was tricky to use, never did find news. I believe the pool was closed. Breakfast was fresh, great quality, and cooked / served to perfection.

The little details. Popcorn when you walk in, water dispenser to fill your bottles up. The breakfast was so good and the breakfast lady was very sweet talking to all her repeat customers.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.
