Terrible managment
Pros:

Arived to the hotel at 3:30 pm, but got the room key only at 4:50. 1 hour 20 minutes stayed at the lobby. Terreble managment and service.

Staff will act like they care but disregard your request for clean towels and wash cloths

Everyday I asked for fresh towels and wash cloths to be delivered to my room. I received fresh towels delivered twice. There were times when I would ask the same front desk worker for fresh towels, I was told as soon ask they are done washing I would receive some. She never delivered them.

Extremely rude staff at check out
Pros:

Large room. Convenient location

Cons:

Staff during check out was extremely rude. Walked up to the counter to check out and the employee standing there never once acknowledged me. After a minute they just pointed to a basket that had a key card in it. Never once said thank you for staying there, have a great day, hi, get out, nothing.
