Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Hotel położony jest w spokojnej okolicy bardzo blisko kamienistej plaży. Kolejne piaszczyste plaże oddalone są o 5-10 min spacerem. Świetna lokalizacja dla tych, którzy szukają spokoju i relaksu. Długa promenada nad oceanem prowadzi do miasteczek położonych w południowym kierunku.
W pobliżu hotelu znajdują się klimatyczne knajpki i restauracje nad brzegiem oceanu. W pobliżu znajdują się również sklepy oraz wypożyczalnia samochodów.
Hotel trzygwiazdkowy ma już swoje lata ale jest czysty, pokoje są przestronne, obsługa bardzo dba o hotel i dobre samopoczucie gości. Wszyscy są uprzejmi i mili.
Jedzenie jest smaczne oraz w miarę urozmaicone.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing.

I lost a Stanley bottle from the breakfast table at the hotel, an item that, while not expensive, had significant sentimental value as it was one of the last gifts I received after a bereavement. What made the situation frustrating was not just the loss itself, but how it was handled.

Over the course of four days, I had to repeatedly explain the situation to multiple staff members, day reception, night reception and floor staff, retelling the same story countless times. Communication between staff seemed lacking. I was told that floor staff had seen the item, but this was never clearly followed up by management. With limited Spanish, I found myself having to piece things together and effectively investigate the situation on my own.

The hotel mentioned reviewing CCTV, but said it was too granular to distinguish a mug from a bottle, which raises concerns in itself. Eventually, after several days, I was offered a generic replacement water bottle, which felt like an afterthought rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.

While some staff members were kind and tried to help, the overall experience was exhausting and made me feel as though I was making a big deal out of nothing, when in reality this could have been handled much more thoughtfully, especially since the item went missing in a shared hotel space during breakfast service.

I would not generalise about all staff, but the lack of coordination and empathy in resolving a simple issue left a lasting negative impression.

Chilled family holiday
Pros:

In a lovely quiet area with mainly fish restaurants nearby, a 30 min walk to the centre of Costa adeje. The hotel itself is quite run down in areas but it has a lovely Spanish interior vibe and is kept clean. Always plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was clean and pool was heated.
Food was good and always plenty of choice, especially liked the morning pastries and cakes at dinner.
Staff all very friendly and helpful, Amanda who did the entertainment was very engaging with everyone and always had a smile on her face.
The rooms were dated and in need of a renovation, beds weren’t very comfy and kept coming apart as they were 2 twins pushed together. We also had a bad smell in the bathroom, I told reception about it twice but although it improved for a day or two after they came to sort it it soon returned.
The adult only area was gorgeous and so peaceful, it was right next to our room 436 so was ideal for nipping back to the room.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful relaxing holiday at an affordable price.
