Pros:

Le calme du lieu vu que c’est excentré de Costa adeje mais accessible en 6 min en bus avec la station à 200m vraiment très bien placé.
L’accès à la plage direct avec son petit bar de plage très sympa.
La propreté irréprochable que ce soit de la chambre, la piscine, le restaurant etc

Pros:

Hotel je na vynikajícím místě přímo u pláže, ale zároveň ne v ruchu turistické destinace. Je kousek od zastávky autobusu. Personál byl vždy vlídný a usměvavý, pokoje krásně uklizené, velice hezké a udržované prostředí hotelu, i když není nejmodernější a nejnovější. Měli jsme polopenzi a nabídka byla velmi slušná. Na tři hvězdy super servis za super cenu.

We had a wonderful stay and a truly special experience at this hotel. From the very beginning we were warmly welcomed by the entire team.

I would especially like to thank Ana from Guest Experience. On the day of our arrival, our flight was moved earlier and we arrived at the hotel long before the check-in time, so we were a bit impatient because we still had a long time to wait. Ana noticed this and came to talk to us with great kindness and patience. She even gave us a tour of the hotel to show us around and help us feel more comfortable while we waited.

The next day she remembered that it was my daughter’s birthday and prepared something truly unforgettable: a handwritten letter and an incredible breakfast for her. And it didn’t happen just once — but twice! We also received handwritten notes and even a call to check if everything was okay with our room and our stay. It was such thoughtful and genuine care that really touched us. I highly recommend that any guest who needs help or has any questions look for Ana — she was the most dedicated person we met at the hotel.

I would also like to thank a gentleman who was in the kitchen taking care of the drinks during dinner on Sunday, March 8. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he was extremely helpful and very, very kind to us.

Small gestures like these make all the difference and turned our stay into a truly memorable experience. Thank you very much to the entire team! ♥️🏖️

Fantastic!
Pros:

Best hotel of any grade we’ve stayed in for many years. Our very spacious comfort level room, all the staff, the buffet food, the pool area, the entertainment and location were excellent.

Cons:

It’s not that people’s negative reviews are incorrect as such but for us, we felt any of the issues people mention are minor against the overall appeal of the place. Fabulous!
