Spent 4 nights here before moving up the coast. The hotel is well-located right on the beach and a short walk from the Marina. There is a gate out onto the "prom" from the hotel garden and lots of restaurants within easy reach. Yes, the decor is a little shabby, but the gardens are beautiful and staff are friendly and helpful. The pools are a good size and the sunbeds are plentiful. Breakfast was good and they made me gluten free bread (it was a very unusual texture but it was acceptable). We spent time in a friendly bar with football on the screens and I would definitely stay here again.
We were really disappointed when we got to our room , damp, dirty & worn bedlinen, with views over a very neglected tennis court.I returned to reception & asked to be moved. We were given a much better but still not great room , with views over the bigger pool. The cleaning staff did their best & were lovely . The ‘Animation’ crew at the pool were brilliant young people working maybe 14hour days , lovely friendly boys & girls. The gardens around the hotel were lovely & well looked after . It’s in a great location, I hope they upgrade the rooms soon as I would return.
This is the best hotel I have ever been to in Morocco. The food was universal and top tier. The staff were brilliant, welcoming you at every entrance. Leyla (if that is how you spell her name) was great with the children and brought warmth to the atmosphere. Many variety of activities to do like table tennis, yoga, Badminton and Archery! Would really recommend this place!
Location is absolutely perfect, out back entrance onto the beach. My first room I complained( bit dated looking) and the concierge took me back to reception where they moved me to a family room 2 singles and a double bed next to the pool, I’m solo traveler. Breakfast is amazing omelette made for you, hot donuts made to order, tomato sausages beans the lot. Salads galore, fresh fruits yogurt cold meats and crazy amounts of freshly made pastries and bread butter. Freshly squeezed fruit juices, Moroccan tea and coffee machines.7am-10am I was there at 7.20 every morning really quiet.Cleaned every day, fresh towels and toilet rolls, plenty soap, shower gel etc. Sara my cleaner was amazing thanks. Plenty bars, fast food on site is superb 50 Dm for a massive kebab with rice salad etc approx £4.20, loved the place.
My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. yes its a bit dated, yes it needs refurbishment, (which they have to wait until the government gives them permission to complete) but the rooms are large, the balcony's are large, the location is great, the two pools are ideal ( One quiet one) the food is adequate (maybe to many fish dishes ) we also stay at the other end on the promenade in another hotel at times, but as they are all inclusive hotels in that area, there is nothing going on outside the hotels. We like that this hotel feels "Moroccan", the staff have been great for us over the years, its great value for money,,,
Upon arrival, we were taken to a room with three single beds and extremely outdated décor. When we returned to reception to explain that this was not the room we had booked, staff laughed and told us it was because the hotel was fully booked, assuring us we would be moved the next morning. We refused to return to the room, as we had not paid for that accommodation. Only then were we moved to a family room with one double bed and two single beds.
When attempting to close the patio door, we discovered it would not shut properly. We reported this to reception, where the staff member laughed and made an inappropriate comment that my partner was my “security.” We had to be firm to make it clear this was unacceptable. A maintenance worker was eventually sent but was unable to fix the door and left it unsecured, meaning anyone could have gained access to the room.
The following day, housekeeping entered the room and cracked the glass on the patio door, then closed the curtain as if hoping we would not notice. We immediately reported this to reception and were told we would be moved because the glass could shatter and cause an accident. Despite this, we were never moved. Each day the crack worsened, creating a clear safety hazard that could have seriously endangered us.
The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disregard for guest safety made this stay completely unacceptable.
We spent 10 wonderful days at this hotel over Christmas and New Year and loved every moment. The weather included a few rainy days, but most days were sunny and warm, reaching over 25°C. The hotel was clean, and great value for money. The location was ideal — the beach was just across the road, with shops and restaurants nearby, and there was even a big screen on the beach to watch the African football Cup 2026 matches.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The Christmas and New Year shows were lovely, especially Lucian — his voice was amazing — and all entertainment team always made us feel welcome.
A special thank you to the restaurant team, lovely waitress Salma and special to Bahae. Bahae was incredibly hardworking and kind, always greeting us with the same warm smile and making every breakfast and dinner a pleasure.
The omelets were delicious, and each dinner offered something new, which was a great way to explore Moroccan food and culture.
These were the perfect holidays for all our family. ❤️
Our first room offered upon arrival, the previous guests had not departed yet ( a room full of ants) our 2nd room was really cold & heating not working, I have reported this twice now (over 2 days) & we are still awaiting engineer. Breakfast not good either. On a plus note the grounds are well maintained. ( just a shame the same cannot be said about the rooms)
I am staying at this hotel just now, and what a lovely surprise.. I had read some reviews and thought I had maybe made a mistake but it is lovely! Very welcoming reception staff, and all are so friendly.
Yes my room is a bit outdated, but my bed is comfortable, shower is great, and I have a large balcony and beautiful sea view.
Im happy with the food, I think the standard is excellent and plenty of choice. I would say that if you are coming here looking for British food then that’s not what’s on offer.. not a chip in sight 😂.. but what I have had so far has been excellent.
Lovely grounds, garden and pool areas, and just cross the road to the beach.
All in all for a budget getaway I think it’s fab and would highly recommend
"A nice hotel in a good location, close to main attractions and services. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A good choice for a short stay with a calm and relaxing atmosphere."
Location great .
Hotel room outdated.
Pictures make the swimming pool area big which actually small .could do with making it more child friendly.
Breakfast was basic need more variety.
Staff are great

Lovely place to stay good facilities and choices between swimming pol and beach.Very good entertainment team at the pool.
There are 2 types of rooms renovated and not renovated .we got not renovated room with outdated shower and no hairdryer. They are not providing hairdryers and no iron as well
This is our second time visiting this hotel.
Everything was perfect; starting from the rooms, it got cleaned everyday. There was a big variety of food for breakfast and dinner, always something to eat. The location is also great, the view is amazing from the rooms.
The best thing was the animation team!
Faté does great yoga in the morning and is very friendly and makes sure everyone feels comfortable!! Special shout out to Adnane, Ali, Nacer and Kamel: they are all so good at their job and so hardworking. They have a different show on every day and night to keep everyone entertained.
Thanks to Almogar and the team, we will be back soon!
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and never had a problem! I read all the negative comments and think if you want 5* Spa treatment then stay somewhere else! I will say that the bathrooms in each of the rooms that I have stayed in do need updating but the rest of the room is clean, tidy and spacious depending where you are located - I can only comment on the rooms that I have stayed in and these have always been around the quiet pool, we had our towels changed everyday and sheets were changed maybe every other day, I have never had any issues with staff they are the most welcoming people from the receptionists to the housekeeping staff and always have a smile and always say hello and even stop for a chat - the grounds of the hotel are spotless and very well kept - we have only stayed B&B and I have never had any complaints with the food or the variety of food on offer - the omelette stations are the best! The location of the hotel is great and there are always taxis outside the hotel to take you where you want to go and the beach is a stones throw out the back of the hotel which does have a roped off part for hotel guests - there are plenty of restaurants to choose from some better than others and if you walk further up the prom you will find four more - the marine is lovely for a coffee and again plenty of restaurants and cafes - for 7 nights and the price that you pay I think this hotel is great value for money! Noise level is OK I have never been kept awake from anything that maybe going on in the hotel mainly other guest not being as respectful! Overall I will be going back to this hotel
for what i paid, i knew i wasnt going to get luxury or even great!, so please, folks do youre research, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, the grounds are well kept, and its very spacious, my room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows, very comfortable, great air con! where it lets itself down is the bathroom, shower curtain needs replacing, towels are grey, noticed a few pics of dirty taps... they are infact eroded, i tried to clean mines, you cant.. as a british person, the breakfast could have been a little better but there are plenty fresh rolls and pastries, and 2 omelette stations, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, salad items, coffee and juice etc. i didnt go hungry! dont know about evening meals. 2 pools, 1 quiet, 1 with animation, the usual stuff. snack bar at main pool, didnt use, so cant comment, fast food cafe, not bad, also a lounge bar at night, always looked very dark, so didnt bother trying, large bar, didnt use either, if you want a dirt cheap week in the sun, this will suffice, the price i paid was on agoda, flights booked seperately, the location is what i loved, 5 mins or so to cable cars, and the marina, and right on the beach, close to many restaurants, all in all, i had a good holiday, and would return
We stayed for 1 week. On arrival we payed the 231MAD city tax in cash which is not a problem.
When we checked out we were told that we haven’t paid the city tax, we asked them to check cctv as we knew we definitely paid. We had to pay again!
Make sure you get a receipt!!
Room was poor not worth 4 start, very dirty, broken toilet seat.
Very limited food.
Great stay overall, fantastic breakfast, very close to the beach, the only bad point for me was that the shower wasn't always hot.
Great hotel maids were always keeping this hotel clean
We had a double room near the quieter of the two pools, room was basic, clean and tidy. Plenty of sockets, a/c, two single beds a corner sofa, stool and vanity mirror, only one coat hanger between the two of us, small fridge and TV with English channels, hair dryer, large shower room/toilet. Staff not friendly, I think it's a Moroccan thing . We only went to the quiet pool which was perfect. Set in very well kept gardens. Don't listen to poor reviews, if your'er not happy with your room ask for another. All in all we was very pleased with our stay.
