Cons:

Nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre, qui était très insuffisante. Il y avait de la poussière, ainsi que des insectes et des araignées à plusieurs endroits. La chambre semblait ne pas avoir été aérée depuis un certain temps, ce qui a rendu le séjour peu agréable. De plus, l’animation pour les enfants, aussi bien en soirée qu’à la piscine, n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Compte tenu de ces éléments, le prix payé ne nous semble pas justifié par rapport à la qualité globale de la prestation. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité, ce qui reste un point positif.

Séjour très agréable, beau pays, et habitants particulièrement agréables qui aiment accueillir
Pros:

Petits déjeuners complets, soit viennoiserie, soit à l'anglaise. Service très propre et salle de repas avec suffisamment de table et d'espace pour ne pas attendre trop longtemps. Un espace à l'extérieur très appréciable le matin pour petit déjeuner "à la fraiche"

Cons:

Les cocktails dans le service bar ne sont pas supers qualitatifs. Mais le personnel est vraiment très serviable. Les horaires de piscine sont tout de même un peu courtes pour le soir. Fermeture à 18h00, c'est un peu dommage quand il fait chaud.

Séjour court mais très agréable. A 2027 pour un séjour plus long !!!

Vu la forte affluence au diner (Ramadan) les assiettes manquaient et on devait attendre pour en avoir une et se servir

Pros:

Wir sind nun schon zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel und wir würden immer wieder hinreisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist dieses Mal noch besser als beim letzten Mal. Sie haben sich dieses Mal wirklich übertroffen. Wir hatten überhaupt nichts auszusetzen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Memorable Stay
Pros:

Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay so memorable. We stayed at your hotel for a week, and we still miss the beautiful beach views and wonderful facilities. From the security team to reception (especially Abdullah) housekeeping, and the breakfast team, everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We hope to return again soon.

Good overall but no gluten free options
Pros:

The resort hotel is in an excellent location, with direct access to the beach just across the road and a separate entrance onto the main street. It is situated close to the strand, which is peaceful and relaxing in the mornings but becomes lively at night, with a wide selection of restaurants and bars nearby.
The hotel facilities were very good overall, with a pleasant pool area and pool bar. The hotel room itself was clean, bright, and comfortable, with a partial sea view overlooking the surrounding hotel buildings.
Overall, I would consider staying at the hotel again in the future, but I would choose a self catering basis instead, as there are many excellent dining options available nearby outside of the hotel.

Cons:

Although breakfast offered a good variety of choices, as a gluten free guest, the options were very limited apart from omelettes. There was a large selection of pastries available, but very few suitable alternatives for gluten free guests. Dinner was enjoyable but the menu became repetitive during the stay, and there were unfortunately no gluten free dessert options provided.
The food and drink options available at the pool bar were also somewhat limited.
The evening entertainment was disappointing, consisting mainly of local dancing in a side room. On one evening during my stay, a football match was shown loudly across all three bars, leaving little alternative for guests who were not interested in watching sport.

Ich werde sehr gerne wieder ins Hotel Aufenthalten, es ist sehr zu Empfehlen zur richtigen Unterkun
Pros:

Ich war sehr überrascht, die Sauberkeit, Lage, Personal und das Essen Traumhaft.
Das Hotel ist wirklich direkt am Strand mit eigenen liegebereich samt Zubehör.
Ausserdem, wegen ein Starkes Kopfschmerzen, hat sich der Hoteldirektor (Herr Faisal) selber um mich gekümmert und sofort eine Ärztin bekommen.
Ich habe Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht, das Essen ist toll viel fälltig und sehr lecker.
Hierzu muss ich mich extra den Küchenchef und der Restaurantleiter herzlich bedanken.

Cons:

Die Animationteam sind sehr langweilig und sie haben nichts angeboten außer mit den Hotelgäste zureden, manchmal waren sie sehr lästig.
