Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt.

Zu Fuss sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Friedrichsstadtpalast für Touristen ein Katzensprung zu Fuss.

Mit S - und U- Bahn und auch der Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe ist Berlin komplett erkundbar.

Die oft als "in die Jahre gekommen beschriebenen Zimmer " würde ich nicht so bezeichnen.
Es ist eine spanische Hotelkette und die Farben bspw Fließen im Badezimmer entsprechen dem spanischer Melia Einrichtungsstil, den ich wiedererkenne.

Die Betten waren bequem, alles ordentlich und sauber.
Meine Tochter hat die Pflegeprodukte von Rituals geliebt.

Ich mag die Möglichkeiten an kalten Tagen zu baden, bzw dass wir eine Duschwanne im Bad hatten.

Älteren Herrschaften würde ich jedoch raten bei Buchung nach einer ebenerdigen Dusche zu fragen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Zentrale Lage

Sehr gute zentrale Lage! Das Upgrade mit Frühstück im 7.Stock, Mittags und Abends noch mit vielen verschiedenen Getränken, kalten und warmen Snacks zu einem Tagespauschalpreis ist absolut in Ordnung! Das dazugehörige Tapas-Restaurant , mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal, ist sehr gut und lädt am Abend noch zu einem Absacker an der Theke ein.

Cons:

Bei Bezug des Zimmers waren leere Flaschen und eine halb volle Flasche Rotwein der Zimmer Vorgänger nicht weggeräumt. Die Minibar war bis zu 2/3 leer! Nach sofortiger Meldung an die Rezeption, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es noch am gleichen Tag neu aufgefüllt und abgeräumt wird! Bis zum 4.Tag unseres Aufenthaltes war die Situation immer noch gleich. Beim Check out morgens um 06:20 h wurden uns, wie befürchtet, die Getränke berechnet. Wir hatten es eilig und jegliche Diskussion war überflüssig. Sie bestanden auf die Getränkeabrechnung und uns konnte nicht mal genau gesagt werden, um welche Getränke es sich handelt!

Muy buena ubicación para un buen hotel
Pros:

Buen desayuno, buena cama y buen tamaño de la habitación.

Cons:

Los precios de la cafetaría, me pareció muy caro un gintonic. La forma de hacer la cama (te doblan el edredon encima de la cama y listo).
