The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was good, and the room was comfortable. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant experience and the cleanliness standards were excellent.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made the stay less comfortable. It was also difficult to contact reception because the phone line was often busy, and when I managed to connect once, the audio was unclear. In addition, some service staff spoke very little or no English, which made communication difficult. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected better service and facilities.

Alles in allem fein.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, professionelles Personal, Checkin/out, Kommunikation, Lage, Frühstück.

Cons:

Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen. In dieser Preiskategorie fallen schmuddelige Teppiche, Möbelbezüge, etc … auf. Da sollte nicht am falschen Platz gespart werden.

Mein Aufenthalt im Melia Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Personals, die Sauberkeit des Hotels, die geräumigen und komfortablen Zimmer sowie die hervorragende Lage.

Auch die Tapas Bar hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre, ausgezeichnetes Essen und ist der perfekte Ort, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen.

Am meisten beeindruckt hat mich jedoch das Frühstück. Ich reise beruflich sehr viel und übernachte regelmäßig in Hotels, aber ein so reichhaltiges, frisches und hochwertiges Frühstück habe ich bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt. Die Auswahl ist außergewöhnlich groß, und Eier sowie Omeletts werden täglich frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet. Das Restaurantpersonal ist stets präsent, sehr aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass die Tische jederzeit sauber und ordentlich sind.

Insgesamt hat das Hotel meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann das Melia Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt!

Работа персонала вызывает вопросы. Сначала долго искали багаж, оставленный на хранение. Было впечатление, что им всё равно какую сумку мы возьмём. Во время отъезда попытались дважды снять налог на подушку. Когда мы указали на цифру инвойсе, которая уже уплачена, барышня за стойкой регистрации попыталась убедить нас, что мы просто её неправильно поняли. Что на не просила оплатить, а просто информировала что он у нас оплачен. Зачем нам эта информация?

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - gern wieder.
Pros:

Die absolut zentrale Lage unmittelbar am S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße ist ein idealer Startpunkt für Berlin-Erkundungen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, die Betten (das Doppelbett) sehr schön groß und angenehm zu liegen. Eine Auswahl an Kissen sichert angenehmen Schlaf für jeden. Das Tappas-Restaurant ist hervorragend, das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls. Die Sauna war auch nach 22:00 Uhr zu nutzen, was gerade nach einem Abend in der Stadt ein erholsamer Ausklang ist. Das Personal am Check-In war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Aktuell ist leider eine Baustelle vor dem Haus, daher leidet der Wohlfühlfaktor ein klein wenig.
