Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine Toplage. Die Levelzimmer sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Annehmlichkeiten die man mit diesen Zimmern bucht sind top.
Alles in allem ein Superwochende in einem tollen Hotel. Vielen Dank!

Great Location
Pros:

perfect location for the city and all the attractions, its very close to the train station and about 60 euro in a taxi from the airport, the Level lounge is a good upgrade and well worth it. Meals are good the restaurant is a typical tapas but lots of other great restaurants close by . The concierge was very helpful and a good source of knowledge, he can get all the tickets and advise you will need

Ideal für einen Berlinbesuch!
Pros:

Die Lage ist für einen Berlinbesuch sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lademöglichkeiten für ein E-Fahrzeug in der Tiefgarage sind recht gut.

Cons:

Es fehlt an ausreichend Steckdosen; am Bett gibt es gar keine. Angesichts von aufzuladenden Handys und Co. wird so etwas benötigt. Die Hälfte der TV-Sender war entweder gar nicht oder nur sehr schlecht "erreichbar".

Pros:

Hatte Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht und beim Online Check in nur ein Zimmer mit sehr bescheidenen Ausblick erhalten, konnte aber dann sehr einfach an der Rezeption bei der sehr freundlichen Dame das Zimmer tauschen. Sie rief sogar später im Zimmer an um zu fragen, ob ich zufrieden bin.
Das Level ist super, extra Essen, Trinken und Frühstück in einer tollen Lounge mit super Aussicht. Personal war überall sehr freundlich.
