Sehr schönes Hotel mit netten Leuten, sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, Alles clean, gute Bar, leider keine cocktails draußen

Cons:

Frühstück was insgesamt sehr gut, aber Speisen in Warmhalteplatten (z.B. Beans, Bacon) fast kalt und es gab kein Bircher Müsli

Extremely convenient location and large spacious room next to the station.
Pros:

The location is great! Right on the river and next to the station. The room was really large so lots of space and the bathroom had a shower as well as a bath. Lots of cupboard space and a few large mirrors so great when getting ready.

Cons:

There were no bath towels in the room, the phone did not work and the safe wasn’t working either.
As the phone wasn’t working I had to go down to reception to let them know and they sent towels up, however no one ever came for the safe and to fix the phone. We got complimentary water on the 2nd day and not the day we arrived or every day and also just one bottle for the 2 of us. Breakfast options for hot food also need to be more variety.

Pros:

Maravilhoso hotel. Foram dias especiais no Meliá Berlim. Hotel muito bom, localização perfeita, perto de tudo, atendimento excelente, café da manhã espetacular. Hotel muito higiênico, tem um bar e restaurante bem legal no hotel e na redondeza tem muitos restaurantes, bares, lojas, o hotel é proximo de pontos de metrô, trem, ônibus, enfim, a região é maravilhosa. Amamos o Meliá. Cama super confortável, roupa de cama e banho excelentes. A Vista do quarto para a cidade é linda. linda.
