a delightful place to stay
Pros:

vista, it was wonderful to look out and be able to open the window.

Cons:

it was difficult for us to say as we did not have our luggage as the airline lost it. the staff however made us feel comfortable and helpsed us with toiletries

Moderno y sobrio
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, si bien no es las calles más elegante está muy cerca de los museos, de la estación de metro y los bares sobre la costa del spree y friedrichstraße son super pintorescos. La habitación era cómoda, el check in fue algo confuso y puede haber mucha gente dependiendo de la hora.

Cons:

Ni bien llegamos nos quisieron cambiar de habitación por otra más cómoda con desayuno por una diferencia aceptable a la que accedimos, y ahí empezaron los cambios una y otra vez para finalmente volver al inicio, si no están seguros de ofrecer beneficios mejor no hacerlo.

Top Lage, gutes Hottel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hottel, Zimmer angenehm,Hottel an sehr guter Lage alles in der Nähe Morgenessen sehr reichhaltigen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aussicht.

Ein super schönes Wochenende mit einem Besuch im Friedrichstadtpalast
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, doch zu unserer Überraschung bot mir der freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiter ein kostenloses Hotelzimmer Upgrade an. Wir bekamen eine Suite in der obersten Etage mit Blick auf Berlin. Diese unerwartete Hotelzimmer Aufwertung machte unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich.
Alle MItarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben jeden Wunsch möglich gemacht.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und schnelle Bedienung.

Cons:

Klimaanlage konnte im Schlafzimmer nicht abgestellt werden, vermutlich defekt. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.
