Das Hotel liegt super nah am Admiralspalast. Die Zimmer sind schön groß

Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang beim Einchecken war nicht gerade freundlich. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn er unsere Fragen zum Parken hätte beantworten können.

Perfect for our first stay in Berlin.
Pros:

Fantastic location next to S bahn and river. We had access to the level lounge which was amazing. Super breakfast. Staff were so helpful. A huge thanks to Gabriela.

Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ganz zentral in Berlin-Mitte. Von dort können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés befinden sich ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Der Check-in dauerte gut 25 Minuten, da acht Personen vor uns warteten – obwohl drei Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption waren. Der in der E-Mail angekündigte Check-in per QR-Code funktionierte leider nicht, da die E-Mail nie angekommen ist.
