Serhan Hotel

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento ha sido sin duda lo peor de todo Turquía.
No tenemos nada bueno que decir. La falta de profesionalidad del personal, las instalaciones que no se corresponden con las fotografías, la falta de opciones en el desayuno, los ruidos constantes, el deterioro considerable de las instalaciones hacen de esta estancia un lugar poco recomendable para alojarse. Por no mencionar que no se hacen responsables de que te falte alguna de tus pertenencias, lo avisan en recepción con un cartel.
No recomendamos este alojamiento a nadie que quiera pasar sus días en Bodrum. Una auténtica decepción.

I needed a cheap hotel for my hotel and decided to book hotel Serhan. I had stayed there before, so I knew what I was getting. This time I got a bit bigger room that was a nice surprise. The service in the hotel is just ok and the breakfast is the typical Turkish breakfast. The rooms are cleaned regularly but they are a bit old. I would give 3 stars out of 5.

bad hotel that i saw it in my life : first of all they cheated me after booking they take for me 15$ extra for air condition and told me u are booked without air condition and in reality they dont writen that air condition was extra ,no elevator , good break fast , the man on recieption is to much angry and cheater i hate it and to much mosquito with noise at night

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Otelin tam önünden Bodrum merkeze dolmuşlar geçiyordu. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi. Sadece bina, odalar ve eşyalar eskiydi. İyi bir bakıma ihtiyacı var.

Odaları gayet geniş, kahvaltısı güzel, havuzu temiz ve otelin konumu süper.

It's a nice hotel with a lovely pool, bar & rəstaurant. It's located in a good area with restaurants, bars, clubs & shopping in the vicinity. My room was clean & had good air conditioning & the hotel is clean & well presented. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Otel resimlerde gösterildiği gibi değildi banyo ve klozet nuhtan kalmaydi cok eski ve pasliydi önce tiksindim nasıl 3 yildiz bende inanamadım baska 3 yıldızlı otellerdede kalmıştım buranin yildizla hic alakası yok.Birde girişe bir papagan koymuslar sabaha kadar uyutmadi. Sanki hayvanat bahcesi otelin ic duvarlarina kirec vurmuslar odaların icindeki mobilyalar cok eski dökülüyor.Kalacak arkadaşlara tavsiyem önce odalara bir baksinlar.

Piscine agréable - bon petit déjeuner buffet pris devant la piscine. Fréquents minibus pour gare routière de Bodrum et plage de Gumbet à 100m.
Personnel serviable et accueillant.

hotel assez eloigné du port mais bien relie par le dolmus.Impossible de dormir à cause du bruit de la discothèque

Nice stay there, with very amenable staff, always prone to give advices. Rooms were clean, but clean staff was not coming in mornings, but in afternoons, which is not always best time for this. Swimming pool is great, but you can only use it between 9am and 19am. Location is excellent, and the hotel is not too big.

Short stay; very close to the hotel's beach (like 300 meters walk) not even 3 minutes; close to everything in Gumbet.

I stayed here for 12 days in June 2013 and it's a great spot. The staff (Ibo & Yunus) are all fabulous, friendly and attentive. It's a five min walk to bar street where all the action happens at night so no need to pay for a cab home. Breakfast is the same everyday (omelet, bread, yogurt, tomatoes etc.,) but its fresh and clean. I'd stay here again - my room had an outside patio with 2 chairs which was great to dry a wet bathing suit (from the beach 500 meters away or the spotless hotel pool).

We got a great half-board deal for this hotel which was very cheap so weren't expecting a lot on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival, room was a reasonable size with nice balcony overlooking the pool, had to pay extra for air-con which wasn't advertised (5 euros per day). Food was OK but nothing to write home about. Lovely pool area which was nice to relax around. Hotel conveniently located close to the beach in Gumbet and far enough away from the centre of town to not be bothered by the horrendous clubs there! All up a great hotel for the price

The people very friendly and helpful. the food was very good. Mostly the hotel clean, the rooms where not as clean, inside window trims dirty, tops of doors dirty. Damp towels and smelly, only one sheet on the bed, damp covers. it was a cheap holiday and this would not stop me staying again only i would bring my own towels and sheet.

This is Gumbet, not Bodrum -
if you want to go to a very westernised / english experience this is for you - like the Ibiza of Turkey.

I prefer to learn about a culture, a country and take in the atmosphere of being in a new country.

You could hear music from local clubs till 3 or 4am in the morning every night. We changed room after one night, but this was a mistake.

Luckily, we were a simple 20 min bus ride to Bodrum - much nicer and very easy to get to.

Careful if you pick this

The hotel only replaces towels every three days and you can't take towels from the room to the swimming pool. Dinner is included with the room, but anything you drink is extra. WiFi internet connection is not reliable.
