Overall, our impression of the hotel is very positive.
Pros:

The room was exactly as described; it was clean, the bathroom was in excellent condition, and the bed was comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. We had a peaceful night. It was very quiet. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. She gave us a map of the city and explained in detail the places to visit. A big plus is the secure parking and the fact that the Old Town is within walking distance.

L'emplacement.

Cons:

Le bruit dans les couloirs.
Le fait de payer un supplément pour animal , (sans que ce soit clairement noté en amont sur booking) de 9€ sans même qu'il y ait une gamelle prévu. Ne pas pouvoir mettre le chauffage dans la salle de bain. La taille (petite) de la télévision.

Owners were absolutely great and the stay a perfect one for a motorcyclist - great care with having my motorcycle safe.
Pros:

The care the owners had towards me because of my motorcycle. Being one of the owners a motorcyclist, I highly recommend this place for the motorcycle community! Absolutely great.

Cons:

The gentleman at the reception should improve his communication skills. By using too much of an assertive way to communicate, it can be easily misunderstood as aggressiveness (I heartedly decided to believe that it was not a matter of aggressiveness).

Tarif pas claire, payé sur booking, arrivé sur place on vous demande une empreinte de carte banquaire sans motif et explication. Prix du petit déjeuner affiché à 12.90 factures à 15.80 et sur le site acceuil de l'hotel il est à 9.80. aller comprendre.

El hotel está muy bien, relación calidad precio muy valorable. No cogí el desayuno y me arrepentí, tenía buena pinta.

Cuando iba a iniciar mi trayecto hacia Carcasona me di cuenta de que íbamos a llegar después de las 22h (concretamente llegamos a las 22:15). Como la normativa de check-in era de 15 a 22h, contacté inmediatamente al hotel y la respuesta fue que el hotel cerraba a las 22. Tajante. Que era imposible recuperar la habitación después de esa hora. Tengo una hija de 3 años que viajaba conmigo, ¿qué creéis que hice? Reservar otro hotel para la primera noche. Y al ser ya una reserva "de hoy para hoy", booking no me dio más opción que pagar de inmediato. Después de este movimiento mío, el Brit hotel se intentó poner en contacto conmigo para darme una solución, pero ya no la quise, no me servía para nada! Ellos insistieron mucho en que la culpa era mía por no tener actualizado el teléfono en el perfil de booking, pero ese primer mensaje, tan tajante, no incluía ningún tipo de empatía ni de posibilidad de soluciones, así que todo lo que vino después, sinceramente, no me sirve para nada.

Cons:

Séjour très décevant. Nous avons été facturés de plus de 60 € supplémentaires parce que notre enfant de 2 ans, qui était malade, a vomi sur la couette. Je peux comprendre qu’un incident puisse nécessiter un nettoyage, mais le manque total de compréhension et d’humanité de la part de la réception a été vraiment choquant.

La dame à l’accueil n’était pas du tout sympathique ni professionnelle dans sa manière de gérer la situation. Avec un bébé malade, on espère un minimum d’empathie, surtout dans un hôtel.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement aux familles avec enfants ou bébés. L’accueil et le sens du service client sont à revoir
