Pros:

superbe établissement. Idéalement placé. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité/prix et petit déjeuner offert. Et tout le charme du luxe italien.

Posizione ottima. Colazione buona anche se mancava la proposta di una colazione alla carta.
Carino il frigobar.

Cons:

Insopportabile invece l’enorme macchia di umidità sul soffitto della 602. Con il phon rotto. Non potete vendere una camera del genere.
Non mi sono lamentata per rispetto all’ospite che accompagnavo e perchè eravamo stanchissime.

Nous aurions préféré un lit avec un seul matelas. Pas de problème pour nous s'il est plus petit, 160cm ou même 140.

À éviter, annonce mensongère, prestation pas du tout à la hauteur

Franchement une énorme déception ! Sur la base d’une annonce mensongère nous nous sommes retrouvé non pas dans un hôtel de luxe 5* installé dans un hôtel historique de Turin, mais dans une annexe froide, sans aucun service hôtelier à la hauteur du prix payé.
Chambre sombre, bruyante, SDB sordide.
Lorsque nous avons demandé une solution à la réception, aucune écoute.
Et le pire c’est que le lendemain au check-out il ont eu le culot de nous demander de payer des extra, ce que nous avis catégoriquement refusé.
Nous avons Siha lendemain le problème à Booking.
Si vous n’avez pas envie de vous faire arnaquer, passer votre chemin !

Une nuit dans un palais: à faire!!!
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, voiturier, chambre dans un ancien palais, avec une hauteur de plafond délirante!! Incroyable !!

Cons:

Deux détails : peu de pression d’eau dans la douche, et un sèche cheveux adapté aux calvities sérieuses. Un peu la cohue gériatrique au petit déjeuner, très correct.

L'emplacement au milieu du centre ville, proche de tout, le personnel est aux petits soins

Pas bien indiqué donc difficile à trouver en voiture. La salle de bain et toilette sentent très mauvais le retour des canalisations, c'est grave pour un hôtel 5*
