After flying in from London and Doha this Novotel was a great choice for a night. We were moving to Raffles the next day and I just needed somewhere to catch up on my sleep.



The property is modern and the staff welcoming. There was a slight issue with confirming my credit card, even though I had paid for my room in advance but this was sorted, eventually. I have to say the staff throughout were courteous & helpful.

I did have to go and collect my own luggage after waiting 45 minutes as they simply were left by the door staff, in reception. Not a deal breaker by any means, I just wanted to shower and change into fresh clothes.



Our booking of an Executive Suite had kindly been upgraded to a Jacuzzi Suite. The suite was spacious, well equipped and my partner enjoyed the jacuzzi, especially having been stuck in the Jakarta flood, for 3 hours! We also appreciated the welcome amenities. 



The Executive lounge was a really nice space, overlooking the Koi (& turtle) pool, and the male staff member, working the lounge was very charming and made sure everyone was well looked after.



The public areas of the hotel, such as the Koi pond and swimming pool added to the overall comfortable feel of the property. The bar was fine for a quick drink. 

Breakfast wasn’t to my taste but I did get a cup of tea and some toast. I did enjoy the welcome nibbles in our room when I got back! 



We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend it for its ambience, friendly staff and panoramic Executive lounge. For the price we paid it was exceptional good value.

At My age I usually take two days to recover from a 28 night offshore roster to turn around.

I put a do not disturb sign on my door.
I am never disturbed but there is always a courtesy letter under my door offering a change of sheets or towels should I need them 🙏

Tout se fait en Grab, l’hotel est immense!
Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner, après c’est pas forcément bon mais ça c’est partout en Indonésie!

Being staying at Novotel Mangga Dua as it was near our subsidiary office.

Would choose others the very chance I get.

Lobby looks cheap.

Breakfast spread, cheap food and menu the same throughout the year.

Corridors leading to room has no Aircon. Air conditioning at room leaves a lot to be desired.

It is expensive for this type of quality, of which there are a lot better choices nearby.
