Semuanya disampaikan kepada saya dengan cara yang sangat profesional, dan saya sangat menghargai pelayanan yang luar biasa ini.

I travel frequently for work, and sometimes I forget to collect my tax invoices. Thanks to the outstanding help from the Duty Manager, the Novotel team, and the Finance team, I was able to receive all of my tax invoices without any trouble. Everything was handled in a very professional manner, and I truly appreciate the excellent service.
