Hadden beter verwacht

Dat we voor dit hotel geboekt hadden voor acht mensen en bij aankomst komen we te weten dat er geen plaats meer was door omstandigheden ( een bijeenkomst of meeting van Politiediensten hadden vermoedelijk voorrang )
Met als resultaat we werden overgeplaatst naar een ander hotel voor twee kamers één familie kamer voor 4 een 1 persoons
Maar bij Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran was de familie kamer maar voorzien voor 2 personen er werden ons twee ander kamers getoond maar met het zelfde probleem vervolgens hebben Novotel aangesproken voor het probleem
vervolgens werd er door Mercure hotel een tweede kamer aangeboden maar die wilden we wel betalen maar niet aan de prijs van Mercure hotel maar aan de prijs van Novotel daar hebben dan na 3 uur later dan toch mee ingestemd
We hadden geluk dat we toegekomen zijn in Jakarta overdag had dat bij avond geweest was het een ganse ramp
Vermoedelijk geeft Novotel gedacht te doen zoals met Aziaten twee kunnen op bed slapen en de rest op de grond wat niet ongebruikelijk is voor Aziaten

Cons:

Lobby a bit dull. Had checkin online but no welcoming drink. Girl in charge at the counter on 6 July during breakfast is not welcoming. TV in the room is outdated. Prefer smart tv with youtube and netflix. Overall is a great stay due to location.
