Super 8 by Wyndham Butler

This place is a dump. I wanted a non-smoking room, it was marked non-smoking on the door but the room had a dirty ashtray in it. It reeked of cigarette smoke. There was one other car in the parking lot besides mine but I was told they had no other rooms available. I had to wait 25 minutes before somebody even came to the front window to check me in. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay at.

Overall decent place to stay , pet friendly, close to restaurants and Walmart ( not walking distance) Dunkin and BK next door, remodeling but still great prices clean comfortable rooms

Listing read breakfast. No breakfast for 6 years according to desk girl. Holes in the bed sheets. 1 towel no wash cloths. No housekeepers in sight.

No one at the front desk, when I booked they had to go CHECK to see if they had a room available. Which is false advertisement.

Not really dirty, just worn. Holes in the bedspread, threadbare carpet. One of the more rundown Super 8 properties. "Breakfast" was a joke. Stale supermarket croissants and lukewarm coffee. Juice machine empty, nothing else offered. Not horrible, but....

Pet friendly and staff was polite.

The scent of bugs and cigarettes. Live bugs all over the place.

Room was stinky I don't know what the hell was smoked in that room ! Stink bugs on window sill ROACHES crawling on window .Looked at another room Nonsmoking same thing STUNK. Went to desk to get a refund , Roach crawled across counter.

When we checked in the room was that dirty I had to tell the clerk the room needed to be cleaned immediately. After that was done the room still wasn't the greatest. Then in the middle of the night the air conditioning quit working. Let them know about that and they were going to give us another room the next evening when we came back from the Trump rally. Came back to the hotel and was told sorry or cleaning stuff is off today so we have no other room for you. Again 70 some degrees air conditioner not working muggy and hot in the room and it left a awful stench in the room from being closed up. I will say I would never recommend this hotel, not even to my worst enemy. The facility should be shut down immediately unless conditions are taken care of. Every vending machine was out of order and there were three of them there are holes in the walls. Also I forgot to mention there was literally feces on the walls the headboards pictures inside the hotel room. So whoever reads this don't ever stay there. I stayed in a lot of hotel rooms and this has been by far the absolute worst I've ever stayed in, we almost just went to our truck to sleep in the truck for the night.

Do NOT book here. This was the most terrible place I have ever been. The smell was horrible and didnt feel safe at all. There were holes in the walls and bed spreads, no pillow cases, no towels, bugs everywhere, stained distgisting matrresses and pillows. Door didn't shut whole way or lock. We didn't even stay it was absolutely the WORST hotel. This place should be closed!

Filthy - Fridge had dead bugs all over the inside, and some thing frozen left behind that obviously must have been there for a long time. Encased in ice! Bathroom floor had dirt all over it as if it hadn't been swept/mopped lately. Shower curtain had mold all over it.
Maintenance- no place to plug anything in like laptop, etc. Outlets were all in use. TV picture was bad even though it was satellite. Wi Fi kept dropping out and was slow when it did work. A hole around the sprinkler head was stuffed with paper towels!
Housekeeping - Non-existent. Checked in to find no pillow cases on the bed. Had to go to front desk to get some. Saw heaps of towels in the hallways. I stayed 2 nights and they never came to clean my room. Bugs everywhere.
Other: Mattress was old and lumpy. Free breakfast was a joke and no where to sit down if you wanted to eat it. Terribly run hotel managed/owned by foreigners.

You allowed me to book a room. I turned up only to find they have no rooms. This was done to multiple customers.

This place is absolutely disgusting... Should be shut down immediately... First off side door entrance was wide open and unlocked with some questionable character doing only god knows what outside the door... Went up to our room #323 and the room door wasn't even locked when we got to our room.. Walked inside and the lights didn't work. Finally found a light that turned on. I wish i wouldn't have seen what I seen.. Bathroom had no towels no soap no anything.. There was no sheets on the bed just a disgusting cigarette burned rag on the bed i think was supposed to be a blanket. There was popcorn on the floor and something that looked like kitty litter on the floor... Im not sure if someone left their weed or if it was some kind of bug nest in the fridge and microwave. Don't even bother turning on the tv cuz that didn't work either... We spent maybe 10 minutes tops in that room before returning the keys to the desk and leaving. The only reason we stayed that long was to find another hotel to book.... That place should be torn down... Do not and I repeat do not even pull in their parking lot let alone step foot inside

I have condition with helt, soon I open the door I was coughing real bad, I don’t know what causing it.

Didn't have breakfast like advertised, staff had poor attitude, toilet didn't work in first room... So I got downgraded to a smaller size bed. Cig burns in blankets.

The nastiest place we’ve ever been to. Smelled of marijuana as soon as we walked in. Burned holes all over the bedding. Curtains were barely hanging. The vending machines were all broken. The light switches were broken off, had to unplug them to shut them off. Toilet seat was different shape/size than toilet. Refrigerator didn’t work. Dirty walls, floors, everything! And we were supposed to have breakfast. They haven’t done breakfast in 5 years! The shower when turned on barely had water coming out as it was still coming out of the faucet. Air conditioner had no vents just a big broken hole. Looking out the window all you could see were overgrown weeds and roped off parking spots. Abandon cars. And garbage ( which was overflowing from cans and all around the cans. I’m VERY UNHAPPY!!! Worst place ever!!! You should remove this hotel

Old worn out furniture, rips in cloth, no breakfast as advertised, all vending machines out of order, no ice available machine broken told by staff like this for over 7 months. I have used AARP travel for years and it has always been what is listed. However, this Super 8 location needs to be removed from their website total deception. It is a 1 rating not a 4.4 as listed.

Upon arriving the place was so disgusting that as soon as we saw the room we checked out and cancelled the reservation. There were cigarette butts everywhere and the rooms were covered in stains. The bed was not even made. It was absolutely disgusting.

To be honest, I don't think I've seen conditions that were more unsuitable for living beings. I would say that it is a place that is best suited for insects, but light usually attracts most bugs, and the room I was in only had a lightbulb in 1/3 lamps (in both rooms I needed during my stay). In the first room I went into, I saw what I could only describe as cartoonishly-large fecal matter in the toilet. When I had brought it up to the staff (there will be more on that at the bottom of this page), they had told me that it had been there for about 2 days. Other amenities, such as breakfast, and a refrigerator, turn out to be falsely advertised. As a property, this motel was dreary, quite dirty, had bedbugs. I woke up to one on my hand. It was full of deficient appliances. Though I am capable of still arising to frustration about my stay, that feeling pales in comparison to the feelings of heartbreak I have for the guests and staff of this hotel.

I rated the staff as average, not for the work that they did, but God bless 'em, they're trying. However, many of the staff, as well as the years-long guests at this hotel, are under the brutal thumb of an owner who makes Jim Jones look like Jimmy Carter. The homeless, the addicted, people with varied abilities, all subject to conditions that mirror the fusion of a "Company Town" and a sweatshop. The guests & staff are great people who have had their desperation exploited and Wyndham's name co-signed to this place has me in disbelief.

Did not stay here. Was turned away.
