I was refused accommodation after I had already paid through a booking site and also completed the pre check in completely with all info and payment card.
Side note I was not refunded the money I had paid for the room. Terrible customer service.
Location is close to highway, easy access.
Breakfast items were refilled regularly and all were fresh.
Only 1 waffle maker so there was a long line up.

Location and price were good. Front desk staff were friendly with check in. Morning staff were nice when requesting replenishment of breakfast area items.
Breakfast item variety was good.
Cleanliness of the room and bed. It did not look like sheets were changed before bed was made. We asked for new sheets and replaced them ourselves. When doing so we saw that the blanket had a gross stain on it. We told the front desk and she came, took a picture and brought us a different blanket. However, this blanket was a bit warm and we later noticed that it was damp, as if taken out of the dryer.
Additionally, the faucet in the bathroom was very loose on the counter top and there seemed to be mold in the shower area.
The breakfast area is very small and there was no room for us. We returned after about 30 minutes and it was the same.
