Good location easy to find

The staff is friendly, they are willing to offer help while the hotel itself is poor of quality.
The whole building of this hotel looks old, the interior of the room is so aged and lack of maintainance, with strong musty smell. There's even no hot water supply: the staff seems don't know this condition, helped me switching to another room for 3 times, and none of them has hot water supply, I gave up finally and took shower with cold water. I booked for two nights but have to stay for only one night and cancelled the second night.
