The location was beautiful with the river behind it, and the hotel itself was beautiful.
The staff, which ruined the entire stay. No matter how beautiful it was. Janna, Front desk at check in about 5pm, was exceptionally hard to deal with. The TV in our King Suit was not working. Upon my 3rd trip down to ask for assistance, I had to interrupt her sitting with 2 friends at a table, to ask again if there was anything that could be done about the tv. She told me to look for a breaker in the living room, that makes the bathroom tv work… While down there, I asked if we could get a cot for our room. So said “No”. When I continued looking at her in disbelief, she then says “did you request one before check in?” I explained that I had not, but did in fact need one. She proceeded to tell me that she was unable to get a cot because housekeeping had left and she didn’t have a key… (having worked the front desk of a hotel before, I understood this to be a lie. And her just not wanting to be put out to get it.)I asked, ok then can we get some extra blankets and pillow. She stated we could. I went back to the room, and when ready, I sent my teenager down to get the extra bedding. Janna proceeded to tell my daughter with attitude that she could not have any. That she didn’t have access to extra bedding… When my daughter walked away, she could hear Janna (still sitting with her friends) talking trash about our family. This stay was for my daughter’s 16th birthday weekend, needless to say, she was very emotional hearing a grown woman talking poorly about us. Very disheartening all around, especially because upon arrival, we were impressed and looking forward to booking again for our next outing. Unfortunately we will not be rebooking and instead left with the feeling of resentment and wanting reimbursement for our stay.

The room was very quiet and laid out well. I had ample room to relax and manage all the items I brought on this trip.
I thought the breakfasts could have offered a little more variety vs just scrambled eggs.
I was also disappointed the hotel had no small store within the facility if you wanted to buy a beer or wine, as well as snacks.
Good location, but housekeeping left our door open after cleaning and we figured our room was unlocked for 6 hours. In addition, our room smelled like pot when we entered the room. Very irritating.
The place was perfect. It was right in downtown and close to family and friends. The staff was friends and quick to solve any issues. Will definitely stay there on my next visit.
The breakfast it was basically the same everyday. Not a lot of choices for a diabetic watching his sugar. Coffee was only Luke warm.

The staff was very friendly, and my room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and my room was very quiet with a great view of the river. I am very pleased and will be returning for sure next time I'm in town.

Our stay was perfect. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very accommodating. We were able to walk around town and on the walking path along a river. We were able to get to our grandsons graduation party with ease. Highly recommend.
