Small things but great hotel.
Pros:

The king size bedroom was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good sized. There's breakfast and coffee which is a plus.

Cons:

The gym is super cramped, and dirty. There was a pair of socks and trash on the floor, the cable machine seemed rickety. The breakfast is a plus but pretty limited and small. The coffee maker in the room didn't work which stinks. Morning that would stop us from coming back though, we'll stay here again soon.

Great Hotel
Pros:

They had signs up - "pardon our dust" But in the 2 days we were there, the only thing I noticed was a drop cloth in one of the hallways. The 3 staff members we encountered were incredibly social and helpful - and quite funny. The breakfast buffet was nothing out of this world but everything was good and even at 20 minutes until closing all items were still available. The room was great - even had a chair and footstool, also a desk with a chair. Never have stayed here before but I am a Wyndham Platinum member with over 500,000 points - I have actually stayed at some truly abysmal locations. I wish all locations were like this!!! This place should be the bar that all other locations need to strive for. Downside - this is our #1 grievance at almost every hotel we stay at. WHY ARE THERE NOT MORE HOOKS AND TOWEL BARS IN THE BATHROOM??? My wife and I both have toiletry bags with hooks. If there were simple hooks near the sink problem solved. Hotels ask you to reuse towels - it would be much easier if they gave you a place to hang them!!! Grossest thing - is when there are no hooks or bars available and I have to set my stuff on the toilet or floor. Also, Hooks in the entryway to hang your coat or travel bag. Really - How much time and money would it really take to install a couple hooks and/or towel bars?

Pros:

Too many things not clean. Microwave had exploded food in it. Refrigerator was filthy with spills on the shelves. Toilet had caked on excrement

Great Stay
Pros:

Very easy check-in and check-out. Clean quiet room. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I was here for work, but would stay here for a personal visit as well.

Nasty surprise of exteme noise leaves a dark mark on a beautiful location
Pros:

Breakfast was fast and easy at the lobby. Staff were kind and accommodating. The bedding was also nice.

Cons:

Construction in the building with no warning made sleep next to impossibile. So loud and so early it shook the bed hard enough to wake me and should have required ear protection be offered to guests as it was inescapable and thundering.

Courteous and enjoyable!
Pros:

Updated room was lovely, and we greatly appreciated the daily maid service.

Cons:

I was delighted there was a bathtub, but disappointed to discover the drain mechanism did not work and thus the tub could not be filled. We were offered another room by the management, but decided to stay put. This did not in any way ruin our stay, just a tiny fly in the ointment.
