Horrible room. Dirty sheets, dirty floors, horrible bathroom. No water pressure! Never again!

It was not a great room. Tv had only 2 channels. Not worth the money.

Property was being remodeled and walls were patched, practically abandoned, mold and damage all over, graffiti on outside, dirty, ac was bad, fridge was broken, no cold water in sink, towels were stained, furniture damaged, garbage in room, water tasted awful, no wifi, tv had only few channels, and room smelt like mold and stinky.

This place is at the BEGINNING of a major remodel. The rooms are disgusting, dirty towels in my room.... construction trash everywhere... I made a big mistake booking this before I saw it

I booked two rooms and one was worse than the other, asked to get another room and was given even a worse one. One room smelled awful, the other rooms tub looked like it was painted with a paint brush and still had a piece of soap stuck on the floor and the bathroom was dirty, towels were dingy and the roll of toilet paper was full of brown particles of something. When we requested another room that we had no choice but to stay in it had mildew in the mini fridge, spider wed and dirty bathroom besides the roach that started to come out. Please don’t stay there. I had no choice it was midnight when we got to the hotel and nothing near by to stay. People everything looks nice on pictures.

Not clean at all ! Toilet was dirty , there was no shower head, sheets & pillow cases had stains! Room smelled terrible ! Headboard was also broken. Check out time was @ 9 or 10, room service didn’t knock just came in! I would never book here again !

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, roaches on the wall, sheets were dirty with hair & debris, floors covered in dirty & haven’t been vacuumed, walls covered in stains, bathroom completely falling apart!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Need to be condemned

We did not even close the door!!! The smell was wrenched and dated from like the 70s we didn’t even stay we went up the highway if I could rate negative stars I would!!!

Poor front desk Office locked in middle of day.Took.10 minutes to check in

Smelly place. The worst customer service that you can imagine.

The lady at the front desk was nice & helpful. She did a great job getting us in a room.
The room was NOT good! Walls we're partially repaired & unpainted, no light above sink, smoke alarm dangling off wall,cobwebs around ceiling light, stains in toilet, no TV. No visable bugs though.

The owner was very rude and would not work with us. We didn’t even stay because it looked nasty and very unclean. But the lady at the service desk was very nice and tried to help out.

This property is uninhabitable for humans..roaches and dirty rooms foul and stomach turning odor

The murky fishtank on the front counter should have been my first red flag.

Roof fell in in our room and was drywalled back up,chair in room was filty, shower rod was hanging by a thread.

the dirtiest. saw roaches as soon as i opened door. it was 3:30 am so i couldn’t book anything else. i was driving through and need a few hrs of sleep. the place smelled like a bunch of homeless men. the room the bed the pillows. i almost started to cry. the sink and tub was clogged up. the toilet seat had been spray painted and the paint was peeling. the toilet seat had cigarette burns. the towels were stained. i always travel with my own towels and bleach. that place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. it’s seen it’s days. it’s terrible. i asked if i could get a refund was told no by attendant. i’m going to file a dispute with my bank because i didn’t see any of these conditions i described advertised. won’t let me submit pics!!!!

It was so dirty old outdated stains everywhere ceiling peeling cracking walls mis painted cracks in bathroom tile really bad refrigerator I would never use the top was rusty the table at door had burnt cigarette burns all over and it was a non smoking room.steps leading to room where falling in ceiling above steps fall out and apart. Hotel rep was nice though. Room smelled horrible. Like mildew artwork on walls falling apart vent in bathroom ceiling had no cover so wires were exposed everywhere. The cover was on top of microwave. Water from sink and shower was brown window curtain was held together by safety pin front door had wood nails hanging off wood trim. Definitely would never come again or wouldn’t recommend. Staff was very nice and we didn’t check in till 11pm after driving 8 hrs from Little Rock Arkansas. Wife and daughter were pissed at me that I made reservation in such a poor shaped hotel even though picture made it look like it an ok place to stay

The price offered online on line was $42 per night which I selected and provided a Credit Card to reserve; price at check in $50. The room did not have a safety chain or block to lock door (unsafe); No waste bin in room; only 1/2 roll of toilet paper; no phone to call front desk; AC so load it was difficult to sleep; all chairs had stains. NEVER stay here.

Property is old and dated

Overall horrendous facility. I checked in around 1130 to break up a long drive. The room was disgusting, water leaking from faucet, stains on the ceiling and on the sheets. Weird black fuzzies on the pillows, furniture broken. Non smoking room smelled like a whole ash tray of both cigarettes and weed. Heat didn’t turn on and room was cold. Someone outside was talking on their phone smoking and it smelled and sounded like he was in my room. I left at 2:30. Front desk said I was there too long for a refund.
