I went there for my childs seventh birthday I called in advance. They said everything was fine but then soon as I got there, immediately I started getting complaints from the manager Nate even though they were having a party full of adults in the lobby and I only had about eight guests and they were all children and a few of there parents were there. I checked in at 4 o'clock. I got my first complaint at 5 o'clock saying it was a noise complaint, my second complaint was literally 30 mins later when Nate came to my room again saying it was a fire hazard it was too many people in the room that some of my guess will have to go i told him it's just a kids party no one is staying just me and my child they were just coming to celebrate his birthday with him so he leaves. Then I proceeded to go to the pool with my guest and he barges in the pool area and says we have 10 to 15 minutes to leave the premises or the cops will be called and the cops was definitely called and i was confused on why they were called when we did nothing wrong . And all my guests had to leave even though the party that was in the lobby was still going on. And even refuse me a refund. And we were only there for two hours.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and everything was kept very clean throughout our stay. Enjoyed the use of the pool, which was also very clean. The breakfasts were great, too!
The sofa bed in the room could have been comfier but it was fine.
The breakfast was great. Nice selection and a great eating area. Very cozy. Rooms were spacious and cozy. Loved the fireplace. The pool was great. A perfect size. I loved the area outside the pool by the grills. Loved that you can bring your pet. Our dog had a great time. A big property to walk all over.

Bias manager, kicked me out, I been here a few times, I have never experienced this behavior the other times that I was there. Then he had the nerve to tell me he can't refund my money after kicking me out but he knew he couldn't do that. I have never experienced such racism and unprofessionalism. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go to this hotel, quick to threaten to call the police on African Americans. It was two ladies at the desk that was so sweet, I felt their energy, they felt so bad. But it's okay, it was meant to happen, God only knows. It's so sad that this kind of behavior will continue to happen. The fact that my son begged him not to kick us out, his face was like stone, that was the last straw! I'm sorry but they are clearly racist, I won't say the whole staff. NEVER AGAIN!
