Pros:

the two bedroom suite was comfortable; pillows were A+; breakfast was excellent; staff was warm, helpful and professional- a rare mix! Pool was well-maintained as was the wonderful hot tub!

Cons:

dishwasher leaked even after being fixed; no night light near bathroom, the lights were too bright for sleeping—so had to grope in the dark in the middle of the night.

Decent stay
Pros:

Unit was spacious, and beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was decent.

Cons:

The pullout couch was very thin and unusable. My son had to sleep on the actual couch. The water in one of the toilets was turned off. Checked in late, so maintenance was not there. The toilet wasn't fixed till the next day.

Very average for a chain hotel, but too expensive.
Pros:

Everything was about what I expected for a chain hotel.

Cons:

The air handler for the heat pump was right next to the bed, which was quite noisy.

Great for family stay at Christmas
Pros:

We stay at the Residence Inn Wayne annually to be near family at Christmas ... our tradition since 2004.

When our kids were small, we got the 1-BR suite. They slept on and around the L-shaped sofa while we got our own bedroom, and everyone slept better.

Now they are young adults, so we get the 2-BR suite. One king, one full, and the sofa, always stocked with extra bedding. And of course, two bathrooms 🙂 Kitchenette is very handy, with full fridge, dishwasher, etc.

Staff is friendly, and the room is immaculate. They are always available, even on Christmas Day.

Full breakfast has a good variety, and it's really fun to people watch, especially families from many cultures.

Cons:

No problems at all!

Years ago, the pool was highly chlorinated, but this year, it was perfect. Visitors should know the hotel is "pet-friendly." This means the occasional barker, but we have not encountered this lately.

There was a smell of dogs in the room I told the front desk they should change the air filters more and have only rooms designated for animals used by people who travel with their pets
