Second time to stay here and again was great. The staff are lovely. The rooms are great. Comfy bed.
Pros:

The room size is great.
Great location, we flew into Newark Liberty and caught the shuttle bus which stops at Bryant Park. The hotel is right near subway stations.
The staff are great.
We will stay again.

Buena ubicación, buenas opciones de desayuno, habitación grande.

Cons:

En la planta 4 se escuchaba el metro cada vez que pasaba. El sofá cama es muy incomodo si se abre, el colchon es muy delgado, dormí en el sofá sin abrir y así fue algo mas comodo.

Pros:

中心部でタイムズスクエアに歩いて行け、近くに公園やお店がありバスや地下鉄の利用も便利でした

Cons:

トイレタンクの水が溜まらなくて、一度はスタッフを、呼んで直してもらったものの
数回使うとダメで、毎回自分たちで水が溜まるようにしていました

A very expensive 3 night stay that was not without its challenges.
Pros:

The bed linen and bed was very comfortable..

Cons:

I had to move rooms at 2.30AM as there was a vibration that kept me awake. Then there were issues with getting help with a late checkout that I had sought guidance on before I went and proved problematic in the hotel. The food at breakfast was pretty low quality and the coffee was not great. I suppose as the hotel is where it is there is alot of demand but I did not experience the quality that I thought spending over £1200 for 3 nights would bring.
