Horrible Place, Horrible General Manager
Pros:

I had a payment incident where I was overcharged. I spoke with the General Manager, Patrick Flanerly over this issue. This lead to an unsolved problem which makes me feel discriminated against because of my skin color and ethnicity. His body language, smirks and attitude made me feel uncomfortable even though my family’s background is from India. I myself am an American Citizen and was treated like a 2nd class citizen. While we were discussing the issue of the overcharge, he kept eyeing younger girls inappropriately as they walked by. The issue was never resolved and I had to contact the credit card company directly.
I will never stay at this broken, deteriorating property nor will I recommend it to family and friends.

Gran opción en el centro de Manhattan
Pros:

La habitación es amplia, súper cómoda y muy bien equipada. Es súper clave que tenga cocina ya que otorga mucha más libertad e independencia al momento de las comidas. El desayuno buffet es súper amplio, ofrece muchísima variedad de alternativas para todos los gustos.

Cons:

Quizás las habitaciones están un poco “old fashion” en cuanto a la decoración, podría modernizarse un poco, pero nada que haga que la estadía no fuera súper cómoda
