Pros:

People were nice. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Construction, elevators barely working, toilet didn't work and had a too small toilet seat that didn't fit toilet. Small bathroom, very basic.

La ubicacion fue lo mejor.

Cons:

El wifi es muy malo. Usar el ascensor el fin de semana es imposible. Tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos para poder subirnos porque no entrabamos o porque ni siquiera frenaba en nuestro piso por estar lleno. Hay muy pocos ascensores para tantos pisos.

Would stay here again. Close proximity to everything, people were nice, clean rooms.

The wait for the elevators was a bit of a challenge. I didn't like that my rate was changed on the last day of my stay... didn't expect that it would be almost 200 dollars more for a Tuesday night? An the thermostat in our room was not working. The room was at 78 the whole time we were there... it was a bit too warm, but not intolerable.

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. Muy bien conectada con la estación del subway de bryant park y muy cerca de penn station. No se requiere tomar taxi a ningún lugar

8월29일부터 9월1일까지 투숙하였고 부킹닷컴에서 예약하며 8월24일에 숙박비 873.86달러를 선결제하였습니다. 호텔에 도착하여 체크인 할때 보증금으로 1130달러를 결제했는데 체크아웃하고 확인해보니 호텔에서 873.86달러를 저에게 청구하였습니다. 분명 숙박비가 이중으로 청구된 것인데, 부킹닷컴에서 호텔에 수차례 환불을 요청해도 호텔은 응답이 없다고 합니다. 다시 메리어트 고객센터로 연락하여 확인을 요청했고, 메리어트 전화상담원의 말로는 호텔의 매니저가 출근하는대로 확인하여 저에게 이메일을 보내주기로 하였다는데 이 또한 아무 응답이 없습니다. 대형 OTA인 부킹닷컴과 대형 호텔체인인 메리어트가 문제를 이렇게 방치할 줄은 상상도 못했습니다. 투숙 전에도 예약 확인을 위해 부킹닷컴 홈페이지를 통해 숙소로 메시지를 수차례 보냈었지만 그 때도 호텔은 아무 응답이 없었습니다.
