Pros:

Assez confortable et bien situé près de times square et de Bryant park.

Cons:

Pas d internet dans la chambre.sauf par brèves intermittences et ceci malgré nos rappels sur 4 jours. La reponse fut "ingenieur va venir"., nous n avions d internet que sur le palier.
Petit déjeuner très très moyen

La posizione e la vista dal trentesimo piano sull Empire, la colazione. La disponibilita di muffin e bagel confezionati senxa glutine.

Cons:

Il terzo letto e' composto da un divano che aperto era inutilizzabile. Abbiamo dovuto dormire sul divano chiuso. Le molle del materasso erano talmente sporgenti da non consentire a nessuno di dormire. Lo consiglio solo a coppie.

Well located and reasonable quality.
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was adequate at best. Also difficult to find a table some mornings. It is at least a perk to have access to a free breakfast though.
The pull out sofa bed for our child was very poor. The mattress was terrible. The first staff Member I spoke to said it was only intended to be an occasional bed for children, hence the quality, so why list it as a room for 4?! A mattress topper was offered, that didn’t help. After going back again to reception, I spoke with a more helpful staff member who found an extra mattress to put on the bed. This made a big difference and meant our daughter had a more comfortable stay.

Great location
Pros:

Great location. We had an Empire State view room, which was amazing.
Good choice of breakfast.
Reception staff always cheerful.

Cons:

3rd floor lounge area, where breakfast was serviced was ridiculously cold, all the time.
We left the 'so not disturb' sign up yet the maid still came into the room.

Definitely stay there amazing view and the location close to every where needed 🦋

The location the view and most off the staff was amazing esp Sergio 🙏 we really appreciate his kindness his positive smile this is one of the reasons to choose🥰 thanka to Sergio and the staff at the breakfast lounge 🙏

Cons:

One of the front desk staff was rude not kind kind of lecturing his name first lwtter was with M .. not the position he should be working for kindness and smile and positive communication is essential

Parfait pour un séjour à New York en plein centre
Pros:

L’emplacement en plein cœur de Manhattan, le petit déjeuner inclus et copieux, chambre spacieuse et propre

Cons:

Les chambres avec cuisine mais pas bien équipée (manque des chaises pour s’assoir, couverts, de quoi cuisiner un minimum…), canapé lit très inconfortable

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, y la atención del personal

Cons:

La habitación para 3 ( con cama matrimonial y sofá cama) es extremadamente incómoda. Muy chica ( sin lugar para dejar el equipaje), y es imposible dormir en el sofá cama .son muy viejos, con colchones finos y base vencida . Me quejé y como no podían cambiarme el sofá cama, me ofrecieron cambiarme a una habitación con dos camas.

HABITACIÒN RUIDOSA, COMO ERA PERIODO DE WORLDCUP, EN HABITACION SE ESCUCHABA TODA LA CELEBRACION QUE OCURRIA EN LA CALLE.
HABITACION PEQUEÑA RESPECTO A OTRO HOTEL DEL MISMO GRUPO EN PENSYLVANNIA.
