Excelente estadía
Pros:

Siempre paramos en el mismo lugar, la atención de Sergio es inigualable, siempre dispuesto a solucionar cualquier cosa que nos surja.
La habitación cumple, tiene cocina y es amplia para cocinar en caso que lo deseen.

如果有热水，那么入住可以性价比可以。

地址可以，早餐也尚可，但是入住期间多次没有热水，无法洗澡，对此投诉多次，得到的回答都是正在修复中。冬天入住，没有热水洗澡可想而知，即便修复了，也最多是早上热水可以，其他时间大多只比冷水热一点。电梯声音响，入住第一天反应后换了一间，声音是小了，但是热水系统很差

Все было прекрасно, нас заселили немного раньше , абсолютно бесплатно! Номер на 27 этаже с потрясающим видом . Номер большой , в номере есть все необходимое для проживания ! Чайник и плиту предоставляют бесплатно по требованию- это было потрясающим! В номере есть даже посудомоечная машина . Был февраль, но в номере было очень тепло и уютно ! Спасибо . И завтраки были великолепны! С удовольствием вернулись бы вновь !

La posizione è eccellente, perfetta per visitare New York: Times Square, Bryant Park e molte attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Anche il personale della colazione è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e questo è stato molto apprezzato.

Cons:

Gli ascensori sono estremamente lenti e spesso abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo per salire o scendere, cosa piuttosto frustrante in un hotel con così tanti piani.

Ma il problema più grave riguarda il deposito sulla carta di credito.
Nonostante il check-out sia stato il 21 febbraio, al 3 marzo ho ancora 350 dollari bloccati sulla carta. Trovo questa gestione poco seria e poco rispettosa verso il cliente.

Per questo motivo, non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.
