Great front desk staff, great free breakfast, great location!

Cons:

The elevators were slow, especially when everyone is trying to go the the 3rd floor for breakfast from the upper floors. Took forever.
The pull out bed was like laying on a bunch of springs with no padding - it was horrendous. My one traveling companion ended up sleeping on the couch cushions on the floor instead of sharing the pullout.

Lokalizacja świetna, w pokoju lodówka, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, żelazko, bardzo wygodne łóżka, śnieżnobiałe ręczniki,widok z pokoju na Empire, smaczne śniadania i bardzo miła obsługa.

Cons:

Generalnie wszystko było ok, jedynie w weekend przy śniadaniu było tłoczno.
Hotel jest ok. Widać ,że potrzebuje remontu ale przy takim obłożeniu to chyba normalne, że wszystko się z czasem niszczy. Spokojnie mogłabym tam wrócić.

Good location, friendly staff but breakfast is terrible.
Pros:

Location is central , can walk to lot of places . Staff is friendly and quickly responds to your requirements.

Cons:

The breakfast is terrible. They need to fire the chef. The breakfast is till 9.30 and they start packing up the food by 9am. Not impressed at all. I have been to other hotels of this chain and they have better food.

Friendly, helpful staff in a hotel that needs some cosmetic work.
Pros:

The friendly staff was the best part of the hotel, along with the size of the room. They were always smiling and polite.

Cons:

Mainly the location, which was my fault, since I know the city. Too far south for what I needed to do during the day. The room was definitely clean, but “tired,” in need of a face lift.
