Pros:

La posizione e la grandezza della stanza.

Cons:

La reception... personale inadeguato, parla albanese, poco inglese e basta.
Letto morbidissimo...una vera tortura. Ci solo led colorati ovunque... inutili.
Colazione all'ultimo piano... appena sufficiente.

L'emplacement, j'ai prolongé le séjour
La réception 24 h/24

Cons:

Le personnel est adorable, dommage qu'ils ne parlent pas tous soit italien ou anglais (exemple le personnel de nuit, une formation en langue aurait été en plus appréciée) donc il vaut mieux demander à la réceptionniste de jour ,sinon ça peut être compliqué

I will definitely book my stay at the same hotel next time without a doubt.
Pros:

The hotel was really beautiful, I honestly did not expect such quality.
The room had a very comfortable design, the view was lovely, and the location was excellent and very close to everything.
The staff were extremely friendly and helped me whenever I needed anything ..

There was no glass panel for the bathtub when showering, and the overall cleanliness, especially of the floor, could be improved a little.
