No hotel signage outside, only one room key, dodgy electrics, faulty door lock, window curtain too small, small plastic screened reception desk on ground floor, hotel on floors 7 to 11, airport taxi no show, very poor breakfast

The room was beautiful and spacious. watching TV while in the jacuzzi was great! we really loved going to the spa and the pool. the decorations and overall mood of the spa and pool area are phenomenal!!

Cons:

the breakfast was tasty but there wasnt a lot of choice and they were out of some things at 10am already. The water in the jacuzzi sometimes came out cold despite being set on hot and we had to refill it once or twice to get it hot again. My only complaint is that we found a roach in our room which was a very unpleasant surprise but despite that everything was great!

Hotel bellisimo anche se datato...personale disponibilissimo avevamo il check out alle 10 e il personale ci ha fatto stare fino alle 12 usufrendo della spa...parcheggio sotteraneo privato..spa...posizione vicino al centro...il change money sotto aveva la migliore valuta che ho trovato...di fronte c è un market fino l una che vende sigarette e bibite...dentro l hotel all ultimo piano c è il ristorante che consiglio...per quanto riguarda la colazione i prodotti sono buoni ma non in grosse quantita...qualità prezzo ottima lo consiglio e quando ritornerò a tirana ci riandrò

Quarto bonito e espaçoso, com hidromassagem.

Cons:

Cama de casal separadas, tinha baratas pelo banheiro, sistema de controle de iluminação não funcionava , tv antiga nada funcionando porque o sistema Android dela era ultrapassado e nenhum canal disponível.
Piscina não funciona aos fins de semana.
Para mim é um hotel 3 estrelas
