Fire alarm went off at 5 am and woke me up had to stand out in the cold for 30 minutes and my room door had to be rigged

Will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area. I will stay there again.

It was really clean. The staff was super nice. Check-in was quick and simple. Only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t get the room I applied for but other than that everything else was great.

Pros:

Customer service was decent but they clearly didnt care. I told them we had rusty pots and we needed useable ones to cook for the week while there. They said ok and didnt do anything about it. We had to spend more money and eat out most of the week. The pool was nice but the kids found black mold. The couch smelled like urine, unuseable.

From check in to check out, everyone was so friendly. At check in, we asked about restaurants in the area and were given a list with many options and a few recommendations. The room was huge and great. Very quiet. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. It was replenished regularly and very clean. The dining area was beautiful and also very clean. Checkout was easy. We will stay again.

This property was fine for a night. The lobby and first floor hallway were updated. Our room definitely was not. Musty and old. Also, the advertise having Hilton’s branded mattresses. Our room did not have these. I assume the Hilton mattresses would have been more comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Will not stay here again.

The customer's service was amazing. My TV did work they were so accommodating. The were very professional as we. The place was clean, the entire staff was amazing. the area is safe, convenient to shopping mall and plenty of eateries. I will retun.
