Me asignaron una habitación que no yo no había reservado

Las Áreas comunes, lastima que la alberca no es climatizada

Reserve habitación con una Cama Grande y sin precio aviso me asignaron una con dos camas matrimoniales, siendo que cuando llegue me habían confirmado que era con 1 Cama King y la respuesta fue que la que me habían dado estaba más amplia que por eso tomaron la decisión de cambiarla ; no alquilen habitaciones si no las tiene disponibles!!!

un poco descuidado el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, nos tocó la habitación 4 El Negrito y arriba de la puerta de la entrada estaba despegada una part de la pared, creo que pueden modernizar un poco las habitaciones, la atención muy bien, los jardoines, alberca etc.

A hidden gem
Pros:

I love the amount of space it was like a hitting gem. Away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown there was a parking spot available. I was able to use all of the architecture and scenery in having a mini photo session on site. The staff was very kind respectful/professional and very, very accommodating. I would most definitely go back again and stay here.

La atención la persona del restaurante y el joven que atendió en lobby

Lo unico es que las cabecera de la cama estaba suelta y al moverse dormido hacia ruido y uno se despierta, lo demas todo ok
