Non è molto lontana dal centro ma c’è una salita impegnativa per arrivarci
Como vamos por cuestión de trabajo es muy difícil decidir que le gusta a uno pero el lugar es bonito pero difícil para llegar y no llegan los taxis rapido
La atención la persona del restaurante y el joven que atendió en lobby
Lo unico es que las cabecera de la cama estaba suelta y al moverse dormido hacia ruido y uno se despierta, lo demas todo ok

Endroit très paisible sur les hauteurs de San Miguel de Allende. Beau jardin bien entretenu. Style d'une vielle hacienda.
Très bon petit déjeuner, plusieurs combinaisons possible.
Bain/douche en très mauvais état.
Humidité dans la chambre. Pas de chauffage.
Très beau mais très mal entretenu.
Cuisine ferme tôt. Pas possible d'avoir des verres et des ustensils quand fermé. Personnel pas très avenant. Piscine très très froide, pas baignade.

Loved the view, the grounds and pool. We upgraded room since the first room given to us was way in the back of property and up some stairs. The upgraded room was nice and big, but it was very cold. No heater in the room.
Asked for a bathroom mat because floor was slippery. They provided an old towel with holes in it. (Weird). Sheets and bath towels were old and stiff. They could use new ones.
Breakfast was okay.
Located uphill from center of town. Not easy to walk to. Suggest a taxi / uber to get there.
The towels and bedsheets could be better. Maybe a room heater in the rooms. Bath mat towels as none were provided.
The hotel was very pretty with the hacienda vibe. Everything was very clean. The pool water is not heated.
They need new towels and bedding but other than that everything was nice

todo excelente solo faltan sombrillas para el sol en la piscina
El personal en general excelente, sobre todo el del restaurante, el desayuno muy bien, la recepción, limpieza, instalaciones todo muy bien.
Las camas y almohadas PÉSIMAS, aún tengo dolor de cuello por lo espantoso de las almohadas, la cama super dura, no hay ni siquiera una lámpara de mesa.
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el hotel está justo como en las fotos.
Tuve que dar una diferencia porque la habitación que reserve por este medio estaba en un lugar apartado de la construcción principal y no me gustó. El desayuno no tiene variedad solo hay chilaquiles simples (así lo describen) y huevos al gusto, divorciados o a la mexicana.
El espacio del hotel es grande comparado on el resto de los hoteles de la zona centro
La habitación huele a humedad
El hotel es muy bonito, las áreas verdes están súper cuidadas y tiene una vista muy linda. El personal en general es muy amable, en especial Eric y don Víctor, no tanto la recepcionista de la mañana.
Para ser un hotel tan lindo deberían invertir más en los colchones y ropa de cama, así como calefacción en las habitaciones. El lugar está retirado del centro para andar a pie, en la propaganda jamás te avisan que está en lo más alto de San Miguel. Deberían tener servicio de restaurante, tienda de snacks o cafetería por lo alejado del lugar y la alberca no está climatizada como tbm lo señalan en su propaganda.
El personal super amable. Las habitaciones muy muy lindas con espacios amplios y limpios. Llegada muy fácil y buena ubicación.
