Personnel très sympa et efficace.
Chambre confortable et calme.

Cons:

La climatisation ne marchait pas très bien, obligé de la mettre à fond pour sentir un léger rafraîchissement. Mais rien de grave.

Pros:

Gute Anbindung ans Zentrum. Das Zimmer war klein, hatte aber alles was man für eine Nacht braucht. Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Leider war es nicht so sauber. Im Bad haben wir Flecken und Haare gefunden. Auch die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt zur Strasse raus, mit offenem Fenster war es zu laut.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'y est pour rien mais l'équipe de football de Suisse avait gagné et il y a eu du bruit jusqu'à 3h du matin.

L'équipement sport pourrait être plus exhaustif avec un elliptique par exemple.

Bonne adresse à Lausanne dans un quartier calme et dans le le centre ville.
Pros:

L'accueil est professionnel et amical. Les chambres sont superbes. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux

Vous pourriez proposer des chambres single.

Agréable et paisible.
Pros:

Le ménage est régulièrement fait. Tout est propre. Il est calme. On s’y sent bien.

Cons:

Le personnel de l’accueil est professionnel voire agréable. Tous les hommes et la jeune dame asiatique sont vraiment prévenants. Il y a une jeune dame dont je ne connais le nom ( qui porte des lunettes ) qui n’a pas à être à ce poste.
