I went down at 9 o’clock to receive breakfast and found out they’ve closed it out. It’s supposed to last until 930 but there was no food left out to eat. I found out the hairdryer didn’t work in my unit and later found out the phone didn’t work. It was hard to depend on things that worked.
They should’ve served breakfast until 930. That’s what the sign says.
Location was our primary reason for staying here. The breakfast selections and preparation were very good. The access and parking were convenient, The shower and hot water worked very well.
The room had a damp smell and appeared to have been affected by recent rainstorms since it was at ground level. The AC unit had no functioning controls. The toilet did not flush and fill without some manipulation of the flush handle. the bathroom showed some mold areas
Good parking
It smelled. Dirty room. Junky furniture. Horrible tv connection.
Room was not neat, shower not working properly.
The first room I had didn't have a phone charging port, so I switched rooms...that port didn't work either. Breakfast was mininal. No bread for toast.
The staff was very kind and helpful
The rooms were not well maintained. There was peeling ceiling paint in one corner, dirty corners in the bathtub floor, it smelled musty and there was a stain on the comforter. It didn't feel clean. I got my own pillow from my car.
The staff was friendly and location was easy on and off Turnpike.
The bedroom walls had mold, the bathroom ceiling was chipping and peeling all off. The toilet appeared to have overflown and they half patched the dry wall in the bathroom but never re painted it. The entire hotel smelled musty and damp. The outside was very overgrown.
It had restaurants and stores within walking distance
It was very run down and dirty in some places
The breakfast was good and the location was fine.
The bathroom was just ok but could have been better, more toliet paper and the toliet seat could have been better
Location was good.
Stale smell as soon as we walked in. Back exterior door not secured. Elevator needs updated. Room needed updated. Rusted light fixture, paint peeling in bathroom, tv had static, …
Excellent location. Inexpensive
Really needed a makeover.
We loved the staff. They were very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was ideally located to where we needed to be. It was also clean. There was a variety of breakfast options to choose from.
The room we stayed in was very musky.
Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The check in person had holes all over his t shirt. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because my feet turned black. It was so bad that we checked out after two hours.
Everything. Furniture- couch in room was filthy and stained. Furniture is better at Goodwill. So bad.
Breakfast O.K. Eggs were a little runny. Not a big selection.
Hotel needs updating. Looks a bit dated and run-down.
The fast food restaurants in such close proximity made for a really nice stay.
