My wife and I were staying near Pittsburgh to break up a.six hour drive. First there was a man sleeping in the lobby SHOUD HAVE WALKKED OUT THEN AND THERE .Front desk clerk was verry pleasant.Price was right for one night so we gave it shot .Got checked in to a king suite and it looked like it hasn't been updated since 1990. Wore out carpet ,Bed not properly made .Stains on the love seat from God knows who or where didn't even want to sit on it Was offered another suite it was just as bad. Went to the desk and asked for a refund to my wife's card .The women at the desk was verry pleasant.and said a refund is no problem. The Manager/Owner just acted like she didn't care. Made a last minute on booking at a nicer hotel about a half hour away for a cheaper rate .Verry Disappointed @

Night staff was kind.

Cons:

The pull-out couch was broken and there were no extra blankets or pillows available. The bed covers were stained, and the bathroom was not very clean. The toilet paper roll was almost empty, and we had to go downstairs to request more — and even then, staff did not seem happy to assist.

Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly prepared. The TV barely worked and only seemed to get Disney Jr., which was disappointing.

Horrible
Pros:

Nothing. The rooms were filthy and outdated. We left for a hotel next door about an hour after we checked in.

Cons:

The rooms were awful. Looks as if they haven't been touched in years. Mold/mildew was on the lampshades, stains on the walls and on the box spring for the bed. We left shortly after checking in.
