Me gustó la amabilidad del personal , el desayuno pobre , no incluye fruta ni café ,se cobra aparte , el jugo de caja no sabe natural ni del día. El personal que me tocó a la entrega de la habitación poco accesible y poco informativo.

I paid for hotel with pool and we weren’t able to use because they had a party and next dishes we in the hallway also I paid for free breakfast only 2 people were able to eat and there was 3 of use

Lo único desagradable es que el Servicio de limpieza pasa tocando puertas en la mañana, pero solo tocan y siguen avanzando. Cuando abres la puerta no hay nadie, sólo te asomas y ves el carrito... se van todo el pasillo, y hasta el regreso tocan de nuevo y ya avisan que es el servicio de limpieza

No me respetaron loa desayunos que estaba incluidos en la reservacion, tuve que pagarlos. Aparte hay mucho olor a humedad en la habitacion, climas de ventana ruidosos, instalaciones muy antiguas
