Pros:

The only way to see StPaul de Vence is after hours. When the heat is down and the crowds are gone. And for that you want to stay in town. Especially in such a quaint and well maintained place. Save your meals for dinner - exquisite. Skip the breakfast… cold cappuccino, scrambled eggs that tasted like your average motel from-a-mix, white bread for toast… really, just head down to the entrance of the village and watch the boules players over coffee and a croissant instead.
