The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Orly airport, Pont de Rungis RER station, Parc Silic and Orlytech.
To reach the hotel from the airport or Pont de Rungis station, simply call us on our landline. (The shuttle runs every 30 minutes).

The shuttle leaves every hour from the hotel and has to be reserved on site.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel suite à mon expérience.

Dès mon arrivée, le service a été très décevant, en particulier le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Le chauffeur s’est montré désagréable et peu professionnel : il m’a crié dessus en affirmant que je n’étais pas au bon point de rendez-vous, alors que j’attendais à l’endroit indiqué.

Au moment de charger les bagages, aucune aide ne m’a été proposée malgré une valise volumineuse et lourde. J’avais également un sac personnel que je souhaitais garder avec moi, mais on m’a obligé à le placer à l’arrière avec les autres bagages, de manière autoritaire et sans explication. À l’arrivée, lorsque je l’ai récupéré, il était sale, ce qui est inacceptable.

À l’hôtel, le manque de service s’est confirmé : le chauffeur a simplement ouvert le coffre avant de repartir sans aider à décharger les bagages, alors que nous étions plusieurs clients avec beaucoup d’affaires.

Le lendemain matin, lors du départ, l’accueil était inexistant : aucune formule de politesse, ni bonjour, ni merci, ni au revoir.

Point positif malgré tout : la chambre était conforme aux photos et propre.

Cependant, la qualité de l’accueil et du service est essentielle dans ce type d’établissement, et cette expérience laisse une impression globale très négative.

La habitación interior está muy bien, los muebles modernos y cómodas las camas.
El servicio gratuito de transporte al aeropuerto era muy bueno y el chofer muy guapo jiji y amable.
La.recepcionista se esforzo para hablar español, lo.cual agradezco mucho, el personal en general muy amable, el.desayuno bien

Cons:

La fachada del hotel no corresponde con la imagen de la habitación, parece un hotel de paso, por fuera un poco descuidado.
No tenía tina y estaba muy encerrado, me sentí metida en una caja y si abres la ventana la vista no es agradable incluso se metió una arañita porque tenía crecido el pasto de afuera.
