Pros:

The room was comfortable, I failed to notice the memo on the mirror that housekeeping had to be requested! Which I didn’t notice until the 2nd evening

Cons:

I tried to cancel my 4 th night as I was returning to ElPaso a night earlier . The indignant desk person said I had not booked with the hotel and that accommodation could not be cancelled! I explained that I had independent booked with the hotel, had my confirmation number. But he rudely explained I was in error! But I must say the morning staff was polite and your offering was delicious!

Cons:

They only have ONE luggage cart with signs on it indicating that can’t be taking it to the room . What is the purpose of that then ? Decoration only ?
The bathroom was clean very superficially but the toilet and bath tub was really gross.
For a over $200 room I seriously expected more.

I had a nice stay. It was a short stay but they were very accommodating.
Pros:

I was traveling with an elderly dog. I requested first floor, They set me up close to the exit door as I needed to carry him outside. Loved the doggie grass area.

Clean and comfy for the night
Pros:

Easy access from freeway. The front desk gave good dinner recommendation. Go to La Posta! Great food and the building is on the national historic register.
