Rooms are not sound proof. Wasn't a huge issue.
The system was down when we online registered so that it never took my reservation. When I arrived there was no reservation even though I had made one online.
Thankfully they had a room available.

On a pas été suffisamment vigilent lors de la réservation, car nous avons bien précisé 2 adultes et 3 ados ... et nous avons réservé une chambre ... avec 1 seul lit king size. L'hôtel nous a fourni un lit d'appoint que je n'aurais même pas proposé à des invités chez moi.
Et pour combler le pas de bol, la piscine était hors service, ce que nous aurions aimé savoir avant d'arriver, on aurait adapté notre programme.

Very clean, great staff
Microwave in room 230 did not work besides the timer. Also was put directly below a room with a ton of kids. However once a few hours passed and I finally called the front desk they asked the kids to stop running around, jumping, and screaming at 6am. Staff was very nice about it!
The staff is outstanding, very helpful, gave us ideas as to where to dine out for dinner and the breakfast was great!
Separate the bedroom from the tv room and you are done !
