Great staff, very helpful with heavy doors in the back with dog and appreciate the help!!

From the check-in perfect customer service.
The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfy. And the breakfast was fantastic. I recommend staying there if you have kids.

Check in was a struggle. Apparently the system never took my reservation.
Pros:

The system was down when we online registered so that it never took my reservation. When I arrived there was no reservation even though I had made one online.

Cons:

Thankfully they had a room available.

Hôtel confirme au standing "by Hilton".

Cons:

On a pas été suffisamment vigilent lors de la réservation, car nous avons bien précisé 2 adultes et 3 ados ... et nous avons réservé une chambre ... avec 1 seul lit king size. L'hôtel nous a fourni un lit d'appoint que je n'aurais même pas proposé à des invités chez moi.
Et pour combler le pas de bol, la piscine était hors service, ce que nous aurions aimé savoir avant d'arriver, on aurait adapté notre programme.
