Great, clean, friendly place to stay
Pros:

Very cold room, had to set the thermostat to 78 degrees to keep from being cold. Not sure what the problem was

Could be better
Pros:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The designated pet area was poorly maintained—there were no waste bags available and a lot of dog waste left on the ground. There was also a mattress left out by the trash, which was unpleasant to see. The pet-friendly room itself did not seem properly cleaned and had a strong odor, which is disappointing due to we pay additional for having a dog. The front desk staff appeared stretched very thin, juggling many responsibilities at once, but were very kind. Overall, this property needs better upkeep and staffing.

Cons:

The shower door opens on the end of the stall that the shower head is located.
The soap bottle mount came out of the wall. Fell on the floor
The heat/cool blows directly on the bed 10-12 ft away. Very uncomfortable!

Pros:

Property was clean, staff was friendly.

Cons:

Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. They also had construction going on which was very loud and started at 5:30am right out my window throwing vanities in a metal dumpster.
