Had to switch rooms due to the heaters wouldn't work. Once we switched to the other room the living room didn't work and my son was left freezing while sleeping.

Pros:

When I entered the Hotel, I was immediately greeted by the Hotel Guest Greeter. She was right on point & exceptional. She let me know immediately, that there was an issue with the hot water and if I wanted to cancel my reservation, there wouldn't be a penalty.
I stayed & hot water was restored by AM.
