The hotel offers a nice atmosphere to experience if you like movie-like hotels.
Pros:

Liked: Friendly staff, Wes Anderson-ish settings in the hallways and restaurant, great view on the mountains, not crowded in march, nice local food for breakfast (try the local natural yogurt), easy access to Courchevel by car (20-30 min depending on where you go), private parking.

Cons:

Disliked: size of the room for a 4-star hotel, weren't provided with slippers and hygiene products in the bathroom. Some renovations could be done.

Hotel is an alternativ if skiing is the focus for the visit

Close to the Olympic lift, cheap alternative to Meribel and Courchevel

Cons:

Wellness area was closed. Breakfast buffet was every day the same. No variety and limited choice of cheese and meat. Prices

Ideal for accommodation near 3 Valley ski resorts and at more affordable prices.
Pros:

Hotel is a old but stylish one, I like it as an architect.
The dining saloon was very nice.

Cons:

There wasn't a ski room actually. There needs to be a ski room equipped with better and more suitable equipment. There should be heated ski boot systems.

The attitude is the problem ,
I came to this hotel 7 or 8 times . I aaked 3 times for a room with balcony . The reception said it will solve , but never returned to me
So , decent good hotel , but customer service not so good

J'aurais bien aimé être informé plus tôt de l'indisponibilité de l'espace spa, qui m'a été notifiée peu de temps avant mon arrivée alors que les réservations étaient faites depuis longtemps.

Town and resort area were exceptional, Stay was wonderful due to area.
Cons:

Not notified about fire in Sauna , closure of said sauna , made reservation prior to it. No attempt was made to hide Fire or damage from it from front of hotel , looked terrible , made you wonder about safety of Hotel. Was not notified till was to late to cancel. No compensation for lack of Major amenity. Private elevator was nice to town level , but led you to a MUD street . .

Effect of fire in December is evident. More could have been done.

Great location, wonderful breakfast

Cons:

No pool, no exercise room. Fire destroyed facilities and they have made no effort to recommend or share a local facility. Parking is a challenge.
