Overall, a good stay. I especially value cleanliness and well-maintained facilities.
Pros:

Excellent shower water pressure 👍 A water dispenser is available in the corridor. Spacious room with an open, doorless cabinet near the entrance, useful for placing bags and sitting while wearing shoes.

Cons:

Only a ceiling-mounted shower, no handheld option, which was a bit inconvenient.
