Parking is tight & hard to get to but worked out. I thought $35 was far too high

Smart television.

The hot water was not, it was Luke warm at best. The shower was moldy. Some milk for the provided tea and coffee would have been a no brainer. It was very stingy given the crazy overnight rate.

Nachts lies sich die Eingangstür und die Zimmertür nicht mit meiner Key Card öffnen. Nachts keine Rezeption besetzt- unmöglich- dauerte 30 min bis ich nach telefonieren und Alarm Knopf drücken in meinem Zimmer war.
Auschecken war nicht möglich meinen Koffer bis 22 Uhr im Hotel zu lassen, obwohl bis 23 Uhr Personal da war

Terrible customer service. Room was dirty with trash from prior guest. Facilities are run down and dingy. Towels had things on them we were unable to identify. Mentioned to management and staff the trash and problems with the facilities and no one did anything. Super expensive parking charges. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rooms were not particularly clean. Mouldy shower curtain, grotty tile grout, even an unclean toothbrush holder?! Room smelled a bit weird and the beds were not made up as part of the room service. Overall the hotel felt dingy and tired.

シャワーヘッドが固定でなくて良いけれど、ホースの部分が短くて、足先まで届かないのが残念！

The shower area was my only disappointment during my stay. The shower head was always leaking and there was a lot of black mold in the shower. Also the shampoo and body wash was the worst thing i've ever put on my body lol.

I didn't like the cost for what I considered a pretty basic room.

The staff also tried to charge me for an extra person, which i think was an attempt to get more money out of me.
i pushed back at this and they dropped it.

How in God's green earth can this dump be a 4 star hotel?????! The place is disgusting! It is feral, dirty in every spot you look and turn to. The Beds were dirty, the walls are all stained and have been painted in patches with different types of paint, the shower door is broken, it actually falls off, the toilet seat is broken, the toilet cistern is glued together with plaster, the doors have blood stains from previous users, there were pubic hairs in the beds so obviously the beds weren't changed, the kitchen table chairs are all stained and grubby, the double bed quilt cover was stained from who knows what, one of the single beds had a red stain on the quilt cover and black hairs on it, the carpets are stained, the rocket rug has more stains than colour, one of the sitting sofa chairs is broken underneath with timber panels falling out of it, the complimentary water was opened, the air con doesn't work in one of the rooms so we had to sleep with the doors open to warm up that room, the bathroom sink is blocked, so you can't even brush your teeth or wash your face until you wait for the water to go down, the shower has mould and rust on the base, the tap on the kitchen sink isn't fitted to the sink, the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work, so all the walls, tiles and toilet are covered in drip marks, the hosts are rude and didn't even acknowledge us after we said hello and asked them how they were, he just put his head down and started talking in his language to his coworker, the wifi is very slow and the place stinks everywhere of the terrible scent lurking all around the hotel. Just in case people think I am exaggerating, I have photo's to prove it all!!!!! I think it's a disgrace that Booking.com actually endorses a filth hole like this! it makes me wonder how it is possible that they are allowed to quietly stay unnoticed below the radar without being closed down!! Where are the inspectors? Does Booking.

Only one very small milk for 2 small coffees . Another milk would have been nice.
A warmer throw over for warmth on the bed.

The breakfast down the road was very basic and not what l expected from booking in a hotel.
