Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Disappointing when the photos definitely didn’t match the two bedroom apartment we got! Photos showed a modern, prestige, clean accommodation! Apart from clean beds and fridge the rest wasn’t clean. Hair in bathroom, floors not clean, dusty, shower door downstairs didn’t close, cups and pots not clean. Very disappointing!

Love Alto. Have stayed there twice now and it’s brilliant

Staff were accommodating and friendly. Amenities were fine.

Cons:

Beds were lopsided. Not great. It was clean but the Shower Curtains were tired and mouldy at the bottom. Bathroom sink only dribbled out water and the Floor tiles were uneven and did not drain the water.

I'd go back. Convenience is king..
Pros:

Location: perfect, right by Southern Cross, trams, food, convenience store
Price: great, no complaints
Staff: Checked me in early, friendly
Double windows mean almost zero sound from outside and the blinds have darkness til I was ready to wake.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. Shower in particular needs a detail clean on the doors. Splashes and marks on most of the cupboards.
Love to see free tea and coffee... but no mugs at all?
