Was a great location, rooms out the back were lovely and quiet, great value.
Pros:

Was a great location, easy to walk to everything, double bedroom apartment was comfortable, room was quiet.
The reading nook in the foyer was cute and comfy.

Cons:

They need to check on the consumables when cleaning the apartment. (Tea, hand soap, etc)

Paid $290 for 3 people . Asked for fold out couch, which was stained, to be made up before we went to football. Came back and it wasn’t done. Not even any linen was left. Had to sleep on mattress with no sheets. Found a stained doona to put on. 2 towels left . Office shut when we came back. Big red stain on carpet in room. Body wash container empty. Shower was mouldy along bottom which could easily been removed. Walked past open laundry and obvious dirt in corners of the room. Carpet in hallway stained.Used toilet near dining area. Floor had obviously not been vacuumed for weeks. Complained to worker in office who was the one that I asked to make up fold out couch. He did apologise but no offer to refund money I paid for 3 people. The only usable area was the double bed which was comfortable. I believe I should not have been charged for disgusting fold out couch

Convenient to public transport and safe surrounds.
Pros:

There was no cooked breakfast, and I checked out the recommended cafe and it was not to my taste. Burgers and pancakes.

There were no usb charger points in the room.
