They tried to clean but it was in such a poor state that it did not help much.

Cons:

We had dust allergies as soon as we entered the room. Dust in every where, the comforts , beds , sofa - you can smell the dust! Toilet flush did not work in one bathroom.

Good for a budget stay, but not good for a free and stress-free stay.
Pros:

What I like about this property is its location, and it is somewhat affordable considering other hotels in the area. Except for the lady who is seated right next to the reception — she doesn’t know how to at least smile. I think no one other than the staff; she should improve herself. I really hope she sees this (maybe the manager, admin officer, or someone — I don’t know who she is). I am not talking about the people at the reception at all, since they are really kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room we stayed in is right in front of the garbage bins, so the view is not nice, and there is not enough sunshine for this particular room. Especially, there is no parking at all, and the streets are really busy and noisy. This place is good if you are tight on budget, but if you are travelling with family and kids, I do not recommend this place.
