The location was ok as expected.

Cons:

The property and staff were very confused. Amenities which were described was. not available. Not a great hotel to stay. The 4 of us would never stay at this property again.

Excellent family friendly hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

Excellent location, room, facilities and the staff were brilliant with my four year old son.

Cons:

Staff in the restaurant were lovely but the food wasn't great and not good value.

Schöne Lage, aber überraschend viel zu teuer.

Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Extrem starke Preis-Abweichung von dem was bei booking.com gebucht wurde und was ich vor Ort dort bezahlen musste, die Betonung liegt auf „Muss“. Letztendlich musste ich 1000 € mehr bezahlen als geplant. Das Zimmer war auch nicht behindertengerecht, trotz Ankündigung. Dafür gab es dann ein Glas Sekt for free ;)

A very memorable stay. Outstanding hotel.
Pros:

Room was excellent. Very clean and spacious, equipped with the best amenities. Hotel location and room view were both the best one can imagine. Breakfast was truly 5-star, with a very varied and high quality a-la-carte menu, and accompanied by truly outstanding service. During breakfast, Sanda, Andrea and her colleagues were very kind, warm, and seeking continuously to promptly serve all the customers. Their truly outstanding service, hospitality and warm deeply impressed me.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. The 6th floor apartments are all super-class. Very spacious and well equipped with high quality amenities. I have not visited the lower floors, swimming pool and gym facilities.

Comfortable bed, beautlful view and very clean and nicely decorated room.Staff was exeptionally polite and helpful. They think of everything.
