Toller Aufenthalt im Hotel an der Themse.
Pros:

Lage ist top. Konnte direkt auf das London Eye und die Themse schauen. Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich, das findet jeder etwas. Zimmer auch sehr schön. Sonst hält man sich dann ja kaum im Zimmer auf.

Cons:

Diskussion am Check-in, teureres Zimmer erforderlich. Scheint eine Strategie zu sein, konnten das bei mehreren Gästen beobachten. Hatte extra vorher angefragt ob ein Zustellbett möglich ist, dem wurde zugestimmt. Dann weiß keiner etwas davon, sehr komische Strategie für ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Man ärgert sich schon darüber.

Birthday visit to the County Hall Marriot, London
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff.
They took time to celebrate my birthday.
The view from the room was amazing.

The views was worth the price and stay!
Pros:

They gave me a complimentary upgrade, after engineer, couldn't resolve problem in my assigned room. It was nice.!

Un po delusa dall’accoglienza .
Pros:

La struttura maestosa dell albergo e la vicinanza da tutto .

Cons:

Le camere non sono uguali a ciò che vedi da Booking. Volevo cenare nel loro ristorante THE LIBRARY ma non potevo perché non ero del loro club..essendo io ospite del soggiorno non mi sono sentita accolta per quello che ho speso . La colazione non l’ho trovata eccezionale perché non essendo a buffet spegne un po’ tutta la magia .
Non ci ritornerei …

Pros:

L'accueil de personnels magnifique ils sont trop gentil déjà dè votre arrivée vos bagages sont pris en charges jusqu'à dans votre chambre .
Les personnels de restaurant aussi trop gentil en tout cas je peux y retourner même 1000 fois
Et c'était a l'occasion de 50ème d'anniversaire de mon mari ils ont même fait une petite surprise a mon mari d'une petite cake au fruits et une petite magnifique décoration dans la chambre j'ai vraiment adorée
Même la chambre très propre ils nettoient tous les jours, et nous recevons tous les jours une petite bouteille d'eau super

En tout cas rien de négatif du côté service
Sauf que moi je suis francophone il y avait personne du personnels qui était bilingues heureusement mon mari parle un peu d'anglais c'est lui qui faisait d'interpréte

Excellent family friendly hotel in fantastic location

Excellent location, room, facilities and the staff were brilliant with my four year old son.
