Que es bastante lejos la habitación y que habitación pensé que era mejor que habitación con balcón y me asignaron nio una buena habitación...pague para salón y tampoco estaba registrado...tuve que reclamar para que me asignen ...por eso seguro me dieron esa habitación 212

Hotel was amazing! They accommodated my birthday very well. Breakfast crew was amazing! S/O Justin at front desk! 10/10 recommend. Housekeeping was also great with turndown service.

This hotel is wonderful. The service from every member of staff was exemplary. Breakfast was delicious and a big shout out to Georgiana who served us. She is the best! Our room was beautiful and spacious and overlooked Big Ben. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here upon our return to London.
Top quality throughout the hotel.the website captures its grandeur perfectly.ideally located for our visit to Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament.plentyof restaurants and pubs nearby but the restaurant is well a visit
The hotel was a perfect location to all the attractions we had booked and only a 20 minute walk to convent garden. 5 minute walk to the tube station.
The staff were amazing very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
We were made to feel very welcome and had a glass of fizz on arrival. We had a family room with two double beds. The room was stunning even though we didn’t have a great view it didn’t matter. The room was spotless and even smelt clean. We had all the amenities available including coffee machine, iron and a good powerful

The bathroom was beautiful double sinks and a powerful shower/bath.
We had breakfast included which was amazing and the kids loved the pancakes. We would definitely return..
Nothing everything was perfect
Όταν πας σε 5 άστερο ξενοδοχείο περιμένεις κάποιες παροχές. Το πρωινό πρωτίστως ήταν τουλάχιστον μέτριο. Αφενός δεν υπήρχε μπουφές,αφετέρου υπήρχαν συγκεκριμένα πιάτα να διαλέξεις όπου τα μισά ήταν κρύα,αναφέρονταν σαν κρύα και για να είμαι ποιο συγκεκριμένος π.χ κρουασάν. Έπαιρνες πρωινό μπροστά στον Τάμεση τρώγοντας ένα κρύο κρουασάν που μάλλον ήταν κατεψυγμένο. Αν ήθελες να παραγγείλεις κάτι στο δωμάτιο τα πράγματα ήταν πάλι πολύ συγκεκριμένα. Τέλος πάντων θεωρό ότι την προσέγγιση έναντι της κουζίνας τους θα πρέπει να την ξαναδούν.
