Tutto magnifico. Hotel posizionato in ottima zona a due passi dal centro. Camera ben oltre le aspettative con letto super comodo e ben pulita e fornita di tutti i comfort. Pulizia giornaliera con cambio di asciugamani. Colazione abbondante e buona sia dolce che salato. Personale super gentili e disponibili soprattutto quelli della reception. Un grazie in particolare al ragazzo biondo della reception(non ricordiamo il nome) super gentile con noi offrendoci la possibilità di andare in bagno al momento del ritiro dei bagagli(Abbiamo lasciato i nostri bagagli al check out la mattina e li abbiamo ripreso nel tardi pomeriggio). Lo consiglio vivamente.
Grazie di tutto per il nostro breve soggiorno ❤️

שהינו במלון במשך 4 לילות בתחילת מרץ. צוות המלון היה נחמד וידידותי מאוד, תמיד מוכן לעזור ולענות על שאלות. החדר היה מאובזר היטב ונקי, והמיקום והתמורה למחיר היו פשוט מושלמים! מומלץ בחום, ובטוח שנחזור לביקור נוסף!

Pros:

Läget var perfekt! Vi åkte aldrig tunnelbana eller buss. Rymligt och stort! Rent o fräscht trots att inredningen är lite omodern.

Cons:

Jacuzzin o bastun var inget man ville använda, litet tråkigt utrymme. Lyhört mot gatan, musik o lite stojigt fredag o lördag när vi var där.

With embarrassing situations

Central location, close to many Budapest attractions.

Cons:

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The only thing that truly deserves a 5 is the location – less than 100 meters from the center of Budapest. Unfortunately, that’s pretty much where the positives end.

The first time I stayed here I had nothing to complain about. This time, however, the experience was simply absurd. I arrived at the hotel around midnight, and the receptionist calmly told me that I had no reservation. This despite the fact that I had made the reservation through Booking about three weeks earlier, received the confirmation, paid in full, and even had several chat conversations with the hotel. In other words, from my side everything was perfectly in order.

What followed was almost two hours of confusion at the reception desk until the situation was finally “clarified” and I was allowed to take my room. As if that wasn’t enough, at 2:00 AM I was informed that I also had to pay a 10,000 Ft deposit as a guarantee for possible damages in the room. Of course, this deposit was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. I only found out about it at the reception, after already waiting there for two hours.

So the conclusion is simple: you arrive at midnight with a fully paid reservation and end up checking in two hours later, without any clear explanation. I was told that a manager would contact me the next day to clarify the situation. Needless to say, that never happened.

After this episode, the rest of the stay was fine. However, the arrival experience was so unpleasant that next time I will think twice before staying here again. If you decide to book this hotel, be prepared for unpleasant surprises.
