Pros:

Very nice rooms and friendly staff.

The couch pullout didn't work. But the staff brought us a rollaway.

Quiet, comfortable, good value and location for Downtown
Pros:

Great location, clean, quiet. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Parking in the garage before checking in meant taking the stairs to the lobby. The doors to the elevators are locked. You must check in and get keys to get access to the elevators when you park in the parking garage.

I was faulsy advertised to and scammed

I want a refund for this trip.
I had originally booked a room with 2 queen beds.

When I arrived at the property they gave me a room with a queen bed and sofa pull out couch… this did not work for our situation as I am handicapped and couldn’t sleep on the pullout bed. We had booked a a room with two queen beds for a reason….

The hotel claimed to be sold out of rooms with two queen beds and blamed the situation on booking.com and myself even though I was able to show them the booking said two queen beds (not a queen bed & pullout mattress)

Overall my trip was ruined…. I ended up having to sleep on a rollaway cott and the whole situation was rather devastating for me as this is how I spent my holiday new year…..

I was falsely advertised to regarding my booking as a whole

Great location 2 blocks from 16th street which has lots of bars etc and a free shuttle bus

Location was nice but way too overpriced.
Pros:

I liked how they had a fireplace in lobby and a free breakfast as well as a little "convenience store" to buy treats and/or alcohol from.

Cons:

Our sink and shower were kind of clogged. The kitchen sink was leaking. The shower curtain didn't stay closed well at all so water got everywhere and you kept having to turn up the water since cold air was constantly getting in the shower. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; I did not sleep well at all. They also said they had gluten free options as part of their breakfast and when I asked them for some they said they didn't have anything at all. The rest of the gluten free breakfast options were just okay.
