Unbearable we then moved .. if you want wet paint around you when trying to sit out with workmen

The chamber maid called Zara was amazing and great at her job .. very nice lady .. room 57

Cons:

Too many spilt level corridors with too many steps everywhere.. no good for people with walking difficulties….. The unused large roof top had only 4 verydirty broken sunbeds on it for a hotel with over 100 rooms or more .. we were in room 57 ground floor and Couldnt sit out as many local workers painting the walls of the hotel with large sticks hanging out of windows from rooms above and wet paint everywhere… we had to keep the curtains shut as they were staring into the room… there was no plug socket for the tiny fridge so we had to put it by our bed ..

Comfortable, practical, and stress-free stay
Pros:

Overall I’m happy with my stay. It offers great value for money, with clean rooms and a good location outside the busy Medina. It’s easy to catch day trips, arrive late from the airport, or walk to the train station which is about 500 meters away. Breakfast was basic but fine. The real highlight of the stay was the cleaning lady, Zahra, honestly the best I’ve seen anywhere. Every day she decorated the room in a different creative way with towels, fixed small details, and was always friendly and warm.

Cons:

The facilities are quite old and not so well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful but a bit distant. By the way there are limited spa facilities but all charged extra and rather higher priced.

Très bien mais les chambres ne sont pas de assez insonorisé selon moi
Pros:

La literie est très bonne le personnel est très sympa et très agréable.
Notre agent de nettoyage Samira et d’une gentillesse incroyable. On avait le droit tous les jours à une décoration différente.

Cons:

Un petit déjeuner assez limité, et une insonorisation des chambres qui fait que l’on entend tous ce qu’il se passe dans le bâtiment , porte qui claque, ascenseur descendre et monter, les gens dans les couloirs…

Lo que me ha gustado mas fui el personal y el desayuno el trato y esta muy bien ubicado el hotel cerca de todo y la limpieza muy bien y mas la limpiadora creo que se llamaba zahra era muy maja y simpática y muy trabajadora ...doy las gracias al personal y al gesto que me hicieron de poner las flores en mi habitación

Falta cosas como ambientadores para el baño y habitaciones ...chanclas reutilizables porque la mayoría vienen con mochila y piensan que hay chanclas porque casi en todos hoteles de europa hay chanclas
