Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto quanto: dalla gentilezza del personale dell'hotel, alla pulizia della camera e del bagno, anche la colazione è stata super, con un buffet non grandissimo, ma ben curato e di qualità.

Cons:

Mi è spiaciuto fermarmi solo una notte, perchè mi sono sentita davvero coccolata. Ho viaggiato parecchio nella mia vita (lavoravo come accompagnatrice turistica), e per essere un 3 stelle, devo dire che è davvero top! Unico appunto, se vogliamo: il phon, che aveva una potenza limitata.

Very pleasant stay and a lot of help from hotel employees
Pros:

Hotel is situated in a perfect place to rest, do business and also visit all of interesting places. Metro station M4 Bolivar is just 1 minute away. Employees are very helpfull and nice. I haven’t encountered any issues. Breakfast were really nice and served in italian style. Room was small yet enough and very comfortable with everything that is needed. Design of the room is very well thought, even details like control of light were very ergonomic. Overall the stay was great and i will definitely come back
