Laute saubere Anlage
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war freundlich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Bettwäsche wurde alle 4 Tage gewechselt, Handtücher alle 2 Tage. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sowohl strandnah als auch zentrumsnah gelegen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war überwiegend für Briten bereitet. Der Lärm im Frühstücksraum meist unerträglich. Die Zimmertüren knallten regelrecht beim Schließen. In den Fluren hallte es, des Weiteren lärmten die Fahrstühle. Es gab auf dem Balkon keine Liegen. Im Fernsehen liefen auf deutsch nur die Privaten. Neben der Anlage war eine Großbaustelle. Den ganzen Tag wurde mit einer Ramme gewummert. Sehr nervig.

Excellent stay in heart of CT
Pros:

Ideally situated - competitive cost - friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Music around one pool was loud (for us) other pool was bit less sheltered with occasional noise from
nearby construction (not hotel’s fault)

After certain time Wi-Fi seems to drop off

Great for Christmas week with a toddler
Pros:

Great location. We stayed with our toddler in a 2 bedroom apartment for a week over Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchenette is fairly basic but ok as we only used it for drinks/snacks/lunch. There's a supermarket directly across the road, a playground around the corner and one of the beaches (best for families) also very close by. The apartment was a good size and we also enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The staff were lovely and plenty of high chairs as well as some kids plates/cutlery which was helpful.

Cons:

Pool is heated but over Christmas week we didn't find it warm enough for more than a very quick dip. This was disappointing as it was one of the major draws for choosing this hotel.

Noisy guests in the corridors but that's not exactly the hotels fault and hard to avoid!

Struttura molto bella e piscine pulite e spaziose. Buffet di colazione e cena molto buoni!! Staff cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

Le stanze che non erano all’altezza del resto. Spaziose ma con letti scomodi e rumorosi. Divano della zona giorno poco Fornitura minima di bagnoschiuma o shampoo doccia /sapone mani. pulito.
