Dirty room smelly sheets were torn and dirty rude staff hard to get clean towels it Advertised free breakfast I stayed there last year around the same date and the breakfast bar had hard boiled eggs and bagels with cream cheese two types of cold cereal and a variety oatmeal packets juice milk yogurt fresh fruit apples oranges and bananas waffles bread for toast with a toaster coffee this year they only had the dry cereal oatmeal waffles coffee yogurt the juice machine was out of order you had to look in the cupboards for a coffee cup I poured a cup of milk and started to drink it and the man behind the front desk said the milk was for the cereal only too much more to mention but I assure you that I will not ever be staying there again and not sure if I will ever use your services again obviously you don't visit the places that you have listed on your website. I seem to remember a totally different staff at the motel last year I wonder if Wyndham has ever inspected this location because this location is giving them a bad name and customer experience.

The shower was leaking, the towels were dirty, the bed wasn’t queen size as in the description, and the door was broken.

They gave our reservation to the other people.

Alles lijkt niet op de fotos. Is vies word om de 3 dagen handdoeken wisselen maar wel zelf vragen. Oud ruik een beetje. Ontbijt is bakje yoghurt, een muffin melk.

Property cancelled my reservation before I arrived. First claimed CC was declined, which, of course is untrue, then said "the guy who was on duty before me made a mistake", which was more likely, but given the time of the booking, and our arrival, I suspect it was the clerk on duty at the time.

I did not like the $100 deposit I made on my room. I was instructed until I checked in. It is suppose to be refunded by that will take 5-7 days.

Be more attentive to your customers.

Floors were sticky, lights didn’t work, building looked run down, smelled terrible… cancelled our stay immediately and never got refunded for it.

Out dated rooms

It was extremely dirty and the beds were literally hard as a rock mind you the bathroom ceiling tile was caving in and exposed the dirty pipes that fell a heavy amount of dust balls when you showered through and the floor was just nasty it was like they never vacuumed. It’s like they don’t even clean they pick and choose what to clean.
