I like that they provide a continental breakfast and they lobby is clean and quiet. The rooms are decent .

Cons:

When I first checked into my room the small fridge wasn't working and making noises. The staff just told me to unplug it and plug it again but it didn't work. I had to go to the front counter a few times because first my key card didnt work. The 2nd time was the fridge being broken and making noises. Finally the 3rd time was to get the room changed which he did but was going to change my room but was doing this with a upset look and did not apologize or say anything to me . I had to call around 12am because the person next to me was having guest and music was really loud so I could not sleep until I called front desk and had to call a few times because it would just ting with no answer finally someone answered afyer 15 to 20 rings so I could complain about the noise . At around 1230am the music finally was lowered or turned off and I could go to sleep which the bed was alright and shower was somewhat clean as there were 1 or 2 hairs up on the wall of the shower .

The breakfast selection was good. Room was a little cramped, the space between the beds and TV was a little tight to move.

The stay was disappointing. Not what I expected.
Pros:

The Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

The desk clerk was rude. There was an additional $100 charge per room. There was nothing in the booking about any additional charges. They did not clean the rooms make the beds or replace the used towels. I guess it is up to the guest to do their own housekeeping/maid service. Also the key cards had to be updated every day which was quite an inconvenience.

location is good breakfast ok we only drink coffee

Cons:

staff treatment the room is very small there is no closet no water or coffee machine in the room plus the door has no lock from inside and they let us pay 100 dollars deposit for the room before we enter the room

Not a good stay
Pros:

It was a good location for where o needed to go.

Cons:

First all the beds were small. My toilet didn’t work. The shower was mess up. And erector almost stop on us. This stay was horrible and would not recommend to anyone with a family. And the night time guy had an attitude when me and my wife asked for help.
