Will not stay here again.
Pros:

The location was close to what we needed

Cons:

Staff was rude, our toilet did not flush had to ask multiple times for someone to look at it. Beds are really small.

A nice warm-up
Pros:

The man at reception was very responsive and professional. Everything worked as expected, although the microwave in the room seemed to be low power. The bed was comfortable and heating worked well on this cold day and night. The room was plenty large enough and everything seemed clean.

Cons:

I would have liked a coffeemaker in the room but I had access to coffee in the lobby.

Worst stay ever
Pros:

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were stained and had hair on them. There’s no way the sheets were washed at all. The toilet wasn’t working properly. The next day of my stay I requested room service. I came back to the room later that day and it was not touched at all. Customer service is the worst. Super rude people that don’t want to do their job. If I could give this hotel a 0 I would.

I would not recommend staying here
Pros:

Did not like it took about 40 minutes and 5 phone calls for someone to come and check me in

Cons:

The room was not clean hair on the bathroom floor and the floor sticky, stains on the sheets, blankets, towels blood on the side of the bed.

A great get away hotel. Clean, attentive, friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

Everything, staff, room, price, beautiful

Cons:

Perhaps deals for returning customers who return more often than others. Maybe allow smoking 10 ft from property or something similar
