property could not allow the accommodation due to tornado impact and asked us cancel through the booking source which is understandable; but they are not responding to confirm the same to booking.con to get the refund even after multiple times

I didn’t stay.
Pros:

Location was closed following storm damage, I was not contacted by anyone to let me know and I ended up having to drive back home.

Breakfast was good, location was great. Very nice workers.

Cons:

We got there and the pool wasn't working due to a storm. I understand things happen but, I think they should contact customer's and let them know ahead of time.

It was very dirty. The bathtub was disgusting with hair and dirt. The floor had not been cleaned . The whole place smelled like smoke . The security was broke going into building. Trash everywhere outside and grass was tall.

En general las instalaciones son sucias por fuera y por dentro muchas cosas viejas y no prestan atención para que todo se vea limpio y agradable. Los baños desastrosos, manchados, la ducha de los 3 baños en las mismas condiciones, con manchas de hongos, las llaves manchadas e incluso en mi baño había una cucaracha pequeña. Lo único nuevo era el espejo. Dice desayuno incluído pero fue algo básico, cosas para calentar en microondas y café, agua, te y yogurt y banana y mandarina.

I liked the room, but there was no coffee maker or alarm clock.
Pros:

The room with cable tv was pretty good.

Cons:

There were many, many, many flies in the room. I think that whoever stayed in the room previously, probably had opened up the window for a long time. The room did not have a coffee maker.
