Sucked, did not stay there, refused to stay a night

The customer service was unsatisfactory, and the lobby was heavily permeated with cigarette smoke. Employees require further education regarding Mannazima.

Pros:

The breakfast selection was very minimal and basic microwaveable sandwiches and some fruit

The pool was broken and that property had a lot of trash all over also the door was sposta be locked to get in and was left unlocked the whole stay

The room was a wonderful good size, nice upgraded smart tv, and great size jacuzzi!!!

Room was pretty dirty...I was a head housekeeper for a number of years and as well been a perfessional house cleaner I definitely noticed alot of uncleaniness in very obvious places within the first 30 min..i found that someone broke off an acrylic nail..it was just chillin right next to the bed down by the box spring. After taking a shower I wiped the water off the floor and scooped up a TON of long black hair... I have light brown hair..definitely wasnt from me..lol

Size of the room

Cons:

All the amenities they claimed to have was a lie. No pool, no hot tub. The pool has been out of commission for so long they even printed on the welcome paper you get with your stay that its out of service. And the hot tub doesnt even exist anymore. The ice machine didnt work. The room was dirty, smelled like cigarettes,base board covers peeling off, boogers from the pervious customer on the TV, rust holes in the bathtub, switch plates coming off the wall. The continental breakfast had no hot food. Only single serving cereal, some muffins and bananas. No eggs, no waffles or pancakes, no breakfast protein. Overall totally disappointing.
