Credit Card / Debit Policy
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay plus $100 CAD to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, and then the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. We no longer accept cash deposits or debit cards at check-in.
Payment Policy
If you are paying by credit card or have a prepaid reservation, you must provide the card and matching photo identification at check-in. Please note that we only accept valid government id with photo and valid address. (e.g. Driver’s license). We do not accept expired ID or digital ID.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed. $20.00 CAD per night on select rooms depending on availability. Refundable deposit of $200.00 CAD per stay. A maximum of 60 pounds and 2 pets per room.
A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I was checked in and given a key to an occupied room. So I walked in on someone sleeping in the middle of the night. Staff laughed it off when I went back to the front desk and acted like it’s not a big deal and happens all the time.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room windows looked over the pool. The light from the pool area bothered me all night.

Our room was on the ground floor so easy to move luggage in and out. The attached restaurant was a plus.
The property is worn. At first glance the restaurant is lovely but up closer examination all the chairs are worn and the imitation leather seats were cracked and peeling. Restaurant servers were loud and noisy as they gathered and socialized behind the bar.

rooms could of been closer together. My daughter got the king room and it was very nice. I got 2 beds but it could of been cleaner. Mine was close to breakfast and the outside.

The hotel and pool was a bit dated but overall it was good value for your money.

The location was good, complimentary breakfast and service at the breakfast was amazing, the building was decent, etc. The staff was mixed. Mostly the staff was amazing. Only the Friday night staff member was NOT good. Whoever was on staff (woman) on Friday July 17th at night did not listen, ignored my booking and agreed upon price, was completely useless. However, the woman on Saturday morning was AMAZING, as was the staff Saturday night. They were understanding, overly accommodating and more. Overall the value was VERY GOOD. The only downsides were related to the rooms not being overly clean, complimentary items were not replenished and the not very good Friday night staff member.

Breakfast wasn’t quite as good as I was hoping. The scrambled eggs couldn’t be real eggs?
Also on the date I stayed, the warm part of the breakfast wasn’t quite ready upon opening. Needed to rush for work.
The shower didn’t get warm (not even a little) and I think the fridge was defrosting as there was a puddle of water in the morning. Bed was comfortable and room otherwise was great.
