Important information:

Credit Card / Debit Policy

Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay plus $100 CAD to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, and then the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. We no longer accept cash deposits or debit cards at check-in.

Payment Policy

If you are paying by credit card or have a prepaid reservation, you must provide the card and matching photo identification at check-in. Please note that we only accept valid government id with photo and valid address. (e.g. Driver’s license). We do not accept expired ID or digital ID.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed. $20.00 CAD per night on select rooms depending on availability. Refundable deposit of $200.00 CAD per stay. A maximum of 60 pounds and 2 pets per room.

A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Just a dirty not well maintained place not worth the price.
Pros:

Sorry but for the price it’s a dump. Mold on bathroom ceiling shower curtain. Sais renovated? It’s just paint slapped to hide mold water damage etc. Avoid.

Pros:

The breakfast was actual cooked food.

Cons:

They did not provide daily room cleaning service and breakfast is not buffet service. Room facilities are outdated and partly wornout. Also encountered cooling problem in the room but they were flexible with considering solution options.

Some friendly staff

Cons:

Bugs in room, no hot water for half the stay, no heating for half the stay. Issues with door locking itself and got locked out. Room was smelly. Housekeeping came only once and upon request.

Pros:

Breakfast vouchers were usable for ANY item on the restaurant menu plus a drink of your choice on Sunday morning. Our family tried Huevos Rancheros, Chocolate Berry Waffles, Waffles with fruit side and bacon, and pancake with scrambled eggs.
We also ate supper at restaurant the night before (you get 15 percent off with your room). There was a small buffet or menu selections (very reasonable prices even without the discount). Also heard live music from the lounge while were eating (every Sat. night, we were told).
Our family also loves the pool area -- we have been coming here for years for our kids and now grandkids birthdays.

Out of all our hotels we stayed at this was by far the best. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the rooms

Birthday package overnight , will be coming back for more stays!!
Pros:

It was my two son's birthday ,ages 4 and 6. We wanted to book a staycation with a water slide and Clarion was a great fit. We booked the birthday package with the overnight stay. They gave us a party room for 3 hours And unlimited amount of guests could come and swim. The jacuzzi king suite cookies and a fruit basket upon arrival a cake was included .

The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The renovations they have done to that place made it seem so next level the marble floor is beautiful. The jacuzzi has a see through edge it looks bougie .
I am very glad that we chose to stay there. I will be back!
