The property was disgusting. I booked it on line and had prepaid. I should have asked for a refund. There smoke detector was missing and wires were hanging from the ceiling. Breakfast.was supposed to be included but there was nothing there. We found a sock from a previous client on floor by the bed. The property was filthy

It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.But as soon as you walk in the door that's all you could smell

No plug in tub for baths. People knocked on the window while we were sleeping. Room wasn't clean. Dogs barked for hours in room next door much of night. One hand towel and wash cloth for two people. Burn holes in blankets on both beds. No breakfast at all so went somewhere else for breakfast . Odd smell in room on arrival. Computer not working at checkout so they had to email us our bill. Sign posted in lobby that local people checking in had to post $200 as a deposit. Made us wonder what rooms were being used for....

Old property. Room had small bug.
Breakfast was scanty, did not even have butter, not even tea bags.

Fast checkin, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room.

Walls were paper thin and hotel was very noisy. Carpet in room very dirty. Hotel had a terrible odor.

Terrible stay. Worst hotel ever. Dirty room with bugs in it. Noisy and out of most breakfast options.

Not too bad, had a friend recommend this hotel today, they said they stayed here often. I tried it out, heck, it met my needs. Was given the wi-fi password when I checked in, didn't even need it. My phone and my laptop connected and it was as simple as that. Room was decently clean, hot water right away, key card works always, never had any issues. I've stayed at sketchy places and it's very frustrating when you touch the card to the lock and nothing. Place was located right off the Interstate so that was convenient. Price was good, too.

Staff was excellent. Property was very dirty, smelly and run down. Stayed in a non-smoking room that had cigarette burns in both comforters. The hallways reeked of smoke. The main lobby was badly stained.

I stayed here with my kids. The staff was super friendly, but they stay was awful. I have stayed here before years ago. But this experience was nothing like the last. I booked a nonsmoking room and received a smoking room. There were burn holes in the bed linens. The room smelled of stale smoke. We arrived after midnight just to get some sleep to continue our trip. There were only two wash cloths and two hand towels in the room. I went to the front desk to obtain bath towels. I was told there were non available. That there would not be any available unto 0630-0700 in the morning. We had to depart at 6am. So our options were to not shower of share the two wash cloths and two hand towels for four people. Do not recommend. Will not be returning to this hotel.

There was a weird smell at the reception, staircase and rooms.

Do not stay here.

Hotel front desk staff was very polite and friendly.

Cleaning staff should not be loudly announcing all the way down the corridor “cleaning” at 6:30am!
Rooms need a deep clean! This motel definitely has the potential to be a very nice motel if the rooms were vacuumed, and a few noise rules enforced.

Noisy interior.
We could hear tvs on until 1am (livable), and then start up at 3am (very annoying).
Doors slamming during the night, I suspect people taking their pets outside for a pee.

This place is the filthiest place I have ever stayed. The floors look as if they have not been swept in months. The fridge was not working yet had items and trash left in the freezer. The staff did not even come close to making you feel welcome, there was no hello or good-bye. During check-in the lady just checked me in, I had to ask what room she had put me in. During check-in out the lady acted as if I was bothering her to checkout and the roll of the eyes when I asked for a receipt. I will sleep on my vehicle before ever staying here again.
