It is wonderful experience in this resort and stuff are very friendly, foods are excellent, services are extremely good.
Iran Rodriguez is excellent and very knowledgeable for helping
Overall service is excellent and folks are service minded always looking out for our needs with a smile especially concierge Reyna and Alejandro always busy !!!
Outdated decor and maintenance issues: plumbing, grounds. Limited gym restraunts and spa. BUT the view is worth it!
Great location with a beautiful view. The view is what you are coming for and the water and beaches are nice. Clean and clear. Even when they say you should not swim, we did. Just be on the other side of where the wave breaks. If you don’t mind walking, good for you, but there are alot of stairs. Otherwise shuttle provided. Be careful of the laundry machine. Damaged our clothes. The resort did compensate. Will come back.
We had cockroaches in our room daily, the convection microwave worked half the time, about half the electrical plugs and switches worked in the United, light above table never worked, we had other bugs in one of the beds, only got turn down service twice and I could go on. It was almost worth the hassle when it was less expensive, but now they have tripled the points needed to rent the unites, it us not worth it. I was disappointed in the front desk supervisor who called me a liar when I went to the desk again about the cockroaches in my unit. I finally started saving them, taking pictures and putting them in one if the bathroom sinks so the maids had to remove them.
The place needs to get new furniture, deep clean the rooms and then maybe it would be worth staying. Just look on top of the desser stand or kitchen cabinet next time you are there. A fellow traveler was complaining while I was at the desk and he showed me pictures of the filth in their room. I have dozens of pictures that would make anyone second guess staying at Cleb Regina. They need to do better
Best experience ever. Great view. Great staff. Can't wait to come back. Great drinks. Lucas was awesome had a very good breakfast at inizio restaurant the whale were awesome
This is a very nice resort. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping came each day. We spent most of our time at pool C which was right outside our room only down a few steps. At the pool, RODRIGO AND Jesus took good care of us with cocktails and food. Eduardo was a wonderful activities director with made them fun.
The restaurant staff were also great, especially Victor. He made us feel comfortable with our food choices each time we went.
It was whale season and you could see them right from the property playing and breaching. The views were spectacular.
Had a wonderful time at Club Regina. Played bingo by the pool and they have karaoke. Had a great massage! Eduardo and Reyna made it fun!
Vacation started December 20th.First time I've been here,I'll be here for 2 weeks.over Xmas an New Year s .New Year s eve just couple of days an their having a 5 course meal I made reservations for that party.. Spending Xmas here was also great , right down to the housekeeping, cart driver's an waiters.I switched rooms after a week also went smooth.i,am not usually good at this I had pencil and paper so could write few name's down hard time remembering them all..they were all Good tho,is a relaxing time at the rain tree vacation club.kinda of waiting to bring in the 26 here!! I,ll be back, who knows next year 27!
We stayed at the Club Regina Los Cabos and had a very nice time overall. We never left the resort because we were able to truly relax and enjoy the resort. We were roomed right near the Pool C area, where bartenders and staff, especially Jesus and Rodrigo took excellent care of us. I only wish they had more shade at the bar area, due to the sun beating down so hard on the surface that is was nearly scorching to the touch. We were able to watch the whales and other sea life almost every day in close proximity to the pool and beach areas. The beach area is a non-swimming waterfront, but that doesn't stop you from getting down and enjoying it's peace and serenity. Food prepared on-site was very fresh and delicious. Our King Sized mattress was a little worn out or just not as firm as I prefer, we could feel the springs, but after a few more beverages, I got over it. The staff on site were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. My wife enjoyed a few massages from the SPA which was located right outside our room area, and on the way to the pool/bar area. Local attractions are within half hour to Cabo, or the other direction to Los Cabos for more authentic Mexico visit. Uber or rental cars are both legit options from the resort. We are already planning a return trip for next year, so if you have any doubts, just jump in and go for it.
We absolutely adore this place! We feel welcomed every time we come and at home because the staff are so friendly and kind. It all starts when we arrive with Jorge and Ivan taking care of our bags. Then David is pleasurable and gets our room and keys. He is knowledgeable and answers any questions we have. The room is clean and the staff make sure we have all that we need. Lucas and Jesus ensure we are hydrated at the pool especially during Happy Hour! Sebastian does a great job with activities and yoga!!! Every time we see Rayna she checks in. Our only wish would be to stay longer to enjoy the beach walks, sunrises and sunsets while enjoying the whales!!! Love!
This place was incredible! Such a beautiful vacation. The best part was the staff they were SO LOVELY AND KIND. Not a single bad experience. Victor and Miguel and Rodrigo in INIZIO were awesome. The massage staff were great. The drivers were so accommodating. Pool C staff was fun and great energy. Everyone seems happy to be here!
Can’t complain about anything! Gorgeous views from the balcony! Top location would def come back ! Very private atmosphere not a commercial one
Another wonderful stay at the Club Regina in Los Cabos! Located outside downtown, this resort provides a peaceful getaway. Sensational sunrises and sunsets, whale watching poolside, all while being treated like family. Rooms are spacious and clean with great views of the Sea of Cortez. Reyna was helpful and cared about our experience. The Welcome Party was amazing with cultural singing and dancing. Lucas and Rodrigo were wonderful. Food at Inizio and Allura was delicious. Really liked the new menu at Inizio. Thank you to Ottmar and Juan for providing us transportation
We had a very large family group come for Christmas break and the entire trip was a dream. All of the staff were friendly, accommodating and tolerable to what somedays seemed like us taking over the resort. The kids ranged in ages from 13-1 and there was something for everyone. Shallow pools for the littles and a close by beach with endless exploring for the bigs. My family of 4 had a 1 bedroom suite where the kids slept on a pullout couch. We watched the sun come up over the horizon every morning. The daily activities and activities team were great! Eduardo and Sebastian were a lot of fun for bingo (loteria!) as well as water aerobics. Happy hour at pool C from 2-3pm was a must and Jesus and Alan always took great care of us. We did get a lot of food to cook ourselves in our rooms which saved on cost and eating out, but the breakfast buffet and lunches we did have by the pool were delicious. Our crew went fishing on a charter out of San Jose and we brought 40lbs of fresh fish back to the resort and the amazing staff and Chef Martin cooked and prepared us an amazing meal at the main restaurant. The welcome show on Monday evening at sunset really was the cherry on top for our entire trip. The kids loved it and all the little girls were pretending to be just like the beautiful dancers the rest of the night. Reyna was always checking in with us throughout the whole week (daily) to make sure everything in our rooms was good and that we were being taken care of. The resort restrooms, pool area and rooms were all very clean. The entire resort was very quiet, sleepy and tranquil (with the exception of our group who brought a bit of chaos with 12 kids). Everything seemed to shut down early which helped get the adults and kids a full nights sleep after long days in the sun. If you want Cabo nightlife this is not the resort for you. Every single room has sweeping ocean views as it is built in to the cliff side. There are golf carts you can call to pick you up and drive you everywhere, but if you decide to walk expect a hike. Lots of stairs and hills. Awesome. Amazing. We will definitely be back. <3
The resort is built into the side of a mountain / hill. So, it appears that every unit has an ocean view. Our view was outstanding. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The downside of the resort being built into a mountain is that it's very steep to walk anywhere. They offer carts to take you anywhere you want to go, and we took advantage of that. The units are older and in need of some minor repairs. It didn't bother us at all. The pools were nice. There isn't much beach in front of the resort and very few chairs and umbrellas. We enjoy the beach. Most days we got a spot on the beach, but there was one day we did not.
Under new management, wait a couple of years for it to be renovated.
Room & appliances very tired.
Staff were excellent.
Alberto is the best! Phenomenal waiter who went above and beyond with making sure we had all that we needed. Carlos, who drove us in the cart went above and beyond as well. Ensuring that all help that was needed was met with excellent care.
I had an excellent experience at Club Regina Los Cabos. All of the staff were very friendly and appreciative. The staff at pool C were amazing, friendly and fun. (The bar at Pool C needs blinds...it gets way too hot!) Dulce, who provided cleaning services, did an outstanding job. I participated in a variety of activities, including complimentary facials, exercise classes, bingo, lotteria, and two different cooking classes. All were a great deal of fun and worthwhile. I'd like to give a special shout out to Eduardo and Sebastian for their great attitudes. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience.
This is one of my favorite resorts ever… I’ve stayed at various high end properties including Four Seasons, Waldorf-Astoria, and Ritz-Carlton. Here, for a very reasonable price, you get expansive units, all directly ocean front, with stunning architecture and uninterrupted views of whales. The people are always so nice and helpful, especially Alan (who is without a doubt one of the nicest and most handsome men I’ve ever met!) Do not stay here if you expect guilted antiquities and tequila butlers but please come if you want spectacular service and outstanding ocean front views from EVERY room! Can’t wait to return!!
