Great Staff service but the room card system might need some update. Sometimes the card can't use for door or elevator. You might need to ask the counter to redo. The service staff deserve more support from the management team.

Le séjour a été décevant parce que je n’ai pas été prévenu des travaux au moment de la réservation et l’isolation sonore des chambres est catastrophique. J’avais l’impression d’être dans la même chambre que mes voisins. Ils étaient plusieurs dans la chambre et je n’ai pas pu dormir avant 00h passé. Dans le cadre d’un déplacement pro, c’était compliqué.

Très bon séjour dans un établissement moderne aux chambres très confortables. Seul bémol pour moi, l’accueil qui est à revoir, surtout pour la restauration (attente de 20 mm pour prise de commande alors que la salle etait à moitié vide).
