Excellent! Will definitely return!
Pros:

We love everything! There's a basement parking and it's super convenient since it was raining heavily when we came. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast food was excellent! The bed was so comfortable and i had a good night sleep that night.

HAD A PLEASANT STAY AT THIS HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU PREFER A CLEAN AND BIG ROOM HOTEL
Pros:

HOTEL IS CLEAN AND ROOM IS QUITE BIG. WE ARRIVED QUITE EARLY AND HOTEL STAFF IS KIND AND FRIENDLY . THEY ALSO ALLOW US TO CHECK IN EARLY AND PROVIDED US WITH A ROOM AS SOON AS ONE IS AVAILABLE. NOT TOO FAR FROM AIRPORT - ONLY ABOUT 20 MINUTES BY CAR AWAY. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF WE VISIT BINTULU FOR WORK .

Cons:

NOTHING TO COMPLAINT BUT DUE TO THE HIGH OCCUPANCY, WAS UNABLE TO GET A KING SIZED BED ROOM. SO BOOK A BIT EARLIER IF WISH TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Pros:

Nice hotel room with nice morning breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel located at the edge of Bintulu town, but there are few restaurants, supermarket and mosque behind the hotel.
