Entspannung pur mit bestem Service
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist besonders zu erwähnen. Sensational zubereitet und lecker auf dem Buffet dargestellt. Das Hotel befand sich während unseres Aufenthaltes noch teils in Umbauarbeiten, von denen wir aber nicht mitbekommen haben. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig und mit einem sehr zuvorkommenden Personal. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dar, weil wir uns auf einer Durchreise Richtung Dalmatien befanden, Leider, wäre gerne länger geblieben. Entspannung pur.
Der Ort selbst hat nicht viel zu bieten, aber an der Promenade mit Restaurants war es trotzdem sehr schön.

Izvrsno iskustvo od prvog trenutka! Vrhunska profesionalnost, iznimno ljubazno i srdačno osoblje, od portira do recepcije i svih zaposlenika s kojima smo se susreli. Prekrasne sobe, prostrane, elegantne i čiste, opremljene svime što možete zatrebati. Spektakularan pogled i usluga na najvišoj razini. Posebne pohvale mladom timu na recepciji koji svojom energijom, pristupom i pažnjom prema gostima čini razliku. Jedva čekamo da se otvori SPA te da opet dođemo!

Cons:

Doručak je u predivnom restoranu i iznimno lijepo aranžiran i priređen, ali trebalo bi malo poraditi na okusima.

Das wirklich sehr engagierte Personal und die Freundlichkeit.
Sehr sauberes Hotel

Cons:

Baustelle der noch nicht fertig gestellten Häuser welche aber zum Hotel gehören.

Das man zwar angibt auch deutsch zu sprechen. Dies aber nicht der Fall war. Aber das soll nicht als Kritik verstanden werden, schließlich befindet man sich in Kroatien und da ist nicht Deutsch die Landessprache. Daher alles ok

Pros:

Od samog dolaska imali smo osjećaj da smo došli na stvarno lijepo i ekskluzivno mjesto. Već ulaz, recepcija i bar s prekrasnim pogledom ostavljaju odličan prvi dojam. Restoran je jako lijepo uređen, a ponuda hrane bila je odlična, i za doručak i za večeru.
Posebno smo uživali na bazenu – ležaljke su izuzetno udobne, a usluga stvarno na visokom nivou. I soba nas je jako ugodno iznenadila: moderan i kvalitetan dizajn, ali istovremeno vrlo funkcionalna i ugodna za boravak.
Stvarno smo se lijepo proveli, odmorili i uživali u cijelom iskustvu. Definitivno ćemo se vratiti!

Schön und angenehm

Ein Upgrade von einem Meerblick-Zimmer auf eine Suite 🥂

Der einzige Punkt, der mich wirklich etwas traurig gemacht hat, war, dass wir uns in
unserem eigenen Land auf Englisch verständigen mussten.
Gerade wenn man in die eigene Heimat kommt, wünscht man sich doch, sich von Anfang an ein Stück weit wie zu Hause zu fühlen – auch durch die eigene Sprache. Für mich gehört Sprache ganz wesentlich zu diesem Gefühl von Heimat, Nähe und Herzlichkeit dazu.
Ich würde mir deshalb sehr wünschen, dass Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, sich auch in ihrer eigenen Sprache verständigen zu können. Das würde den Aufenthalt für mich noch persönlicher und herzlicher machen.

The stay was very disappointing. Nobody outside to help with luggage. Beach loungers were locked. No a la carte dinner. Poor service at restaurant. Not good at English. To few staff. No plates removed. Waiter complained about wearing gowns even though we had breakfast outside. Expexted a lot better.

Sehr schön, aber zu teure Getränke.
Pros:

Seh schönes modernes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel . Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Getränkepreise sind im Hotel doppelt so hoch wie in der Umgebung, teilweise noch höher! Zu einem Glas Wein, welches nur 0,1 Liter war, gab es kein Wasser dazu.
Das Abendessen war nicht besonders, man musste ganz schön suchen um was für sich zu finden.
Das Gym gibt es auch noch nicht!

Rezevirao sam objekat preko bookinga, te sam trazio wellnes i spa.uz to uzeo sam skuplju sobu s pogledom na more. Pogled je bio na gradilište. Spa i wellnes ne rade jel je cijeli hotel gradiliste. Steta jel je lijepa lokacija, ali ocito voditelji hotels su prevaranti.

Great potential but needs better management

What I liked most was how genuinely dog-friendly the hotel is. Dogs are welcome at the pool, on the beach and even in the restaurant, which is a huge plus and one of the main reasons I would consider coming back.

The hotel is new, modern and has a lot of potential. The view from the upper bar over the entire Kvarner Bay is absolutely beautiful, and the Negroni was excellent. 😊

The staff are also very friendly and clearly doing their best to help, despite the lack of organisation and coordination.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience did not fully meet the expectations for a hotel of this standard.

We initially received a room that did not match the booked Superior Sea View category. There was a construction site directly next to the room, and the sea was barely visible from the side. After several hours of insisting, we were eventually given a suitable room. However, the reception staff had no authority to change rooms themselves, which resulted in a very long and frustrating wait.

The restaurant staff are friendly and clearly trying their best, but the service feels extremely uncoordinated. Orders take a very long time, and it is quite obvious that the staff need more training. The same applies to the pool area, where you often have to look for someone just to order a drink, followed by another long wait.

The hotel itself is new, but based on the current level of maintenance, we are concerned that it may start looking neglected quite quickly. For example, there were several visible drink spills and stains on the stone surfaces around the outdoor dining area, some of which were only partially cleaned after several days.

Only one buffet restaurant was open during our stay. The beach is also quite a walk from the hotel, and unfortunately there are no toilets down by the beach.

Overall, there is a lot of potential, but the service, organisation, staff training and maintenance need significant improvement to match the standard the hotel aims to offer.

Pros:

Sehr gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, die Zimmer sind neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage des Hotels, ist sehr schön, obwohl zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes noch nicht alles fertiggestellt war, was wir auch wussten.
