Giving this a 1 star overall, the bed was horribly thin and hard with the pillows being even thinner. The room was quite dated with no toiletries really offered, they didn't even have hand soap in the room. We ate at the dinner buffet which was also fairly limited for being a "buffet" and I got a terrible case of food poisoning I'm still not sure from what though but I felt the onslaught of the food poisoning before we even got back to our room immediately after. Overall this is not worth the medium high rating it has, the only reason we stayed there is because it was a last minute booking.

Haben für 6 Tage ein Apartment gebucht und waren geschockt als wir diese betraten.

Es funktionieren z.b einige Beleuchtungen nicht in dem "Resort" ( Straßenbeleuchtung, Treppenbeleuchtung oder Terrassen Beleuchtung) .

Der Kinderpool war eiskalt, fließen im Pool beschädigt und die "Animation" für die Kinder ist ein Witz. Da ist ein Tisch, Stühle, eine Person die da sitzt und die Kinder mit Farbkasten und Blätter zum ausmalen versorgt.

Die Anlage befindet sich auch an einem Hang und ist nicht angenehm zu laufen. Viele Teile des Hotels nicht fertiggestellt oder gesperrt.
Der überdachte Parkplatz war rappelvoll und kostet nochmal 16€ pro Nacht und ist weit entfernt von den Unterkünften. Wer das nicht bezahlen will hat vielleicht Glück und kann ganz oben an der Einfahrt zum Hotel ein Platz finden und sein Auto
dort abstellen inkl. 10 minuten laufen bis zur Lobby.

Die Lobby & der Hauptpool am Restaurant schaut auf dem ersten Blick gut aus, jedoch war der erste Eindruck nach dem Einchecken schon schlecht.

Wir warteten erfolglos 10 Minuten nachdem der Buggy an uns vorbei gefahren ist mit dem Spruch "one Moment please, i will be back" mit unseren Koffern das wir abgeholt werden und zur Unterkunft gefahren werden und sind zu Fuß hingelaufen. Dort angekommen und die Tür geöffnet kam der Schock.
Die Unterkunft ist extrem veraltet und entspricht garnicht den Bildern im Internet, sondern eher einer Jugendherberge!

Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient und Preis/Leistung passt nicht

Voor een week in deze accommodatie verbleven, ontvangst bij de receptie ok, helaas met een gezin en 2 kamers mijlenver uit elkaar gezet, ondanks herhaaldelijke verzoeken. Hadden graag wat meer inleving/ begrip verwacht. Kamers hebben een dubbele airco wat absoluut een grote plus is, helaas losse vloertegels, mieren en een douche die overstroomt.
Algemeen resort is mooi! House keeping is slecht en voorziet niet van de dagelijkse gang van zaken ( schone handdoeken, lege prullenbak, schoonmaak)
Ontbijt s’morgens is prima, zwembaden zijn goed, zee en kiezelstrand zijn prima. Prijzen zijn aan de hoge kant.

We love this place. We were here three years in a row. If you have small kids you must come here.

I’ll start with the positives:

This hotel does wow you when you first walk in - there are some lovely 4 star areas such as reception and sky bar, spa centre and pool. The overall resort is large with lots of variety - 4 separate pools and beach area.

Staff were always friendly and helpful.

However…the areas for improvement:

What looks 4 star on the surface is really 3 star when you get down to the details.

Overall condition - Once past the reception area, you see the pools could do with a clean, the gardens need some maintenance, lots of areas were damaged/scruffy/or just in a general state of disrepair which really made the place look scruffy compared to the glistening reception. There’s an amazing gym, but only some of the equipment works.

Accommodation - we stayed in a premium apartment. I would not describe them as premium and certainly not 4 star even though we paid 4 star prices for them. They are basic/functional at best although clean enough. WiFi at the apartments is very sketchy!

The staff were friendly and helpful yes, but there just weren’t enough to give a 4 star experience so service in general was hit and miss - you wait for everything - waited over 30 minutes at check in to get to a desk, waited 15 minutes at the bar for a round of drinks, waited 45 minutes at lunch time to “grab a pizza”. The whole complex eats breakfast in the same main restaurant so we waited every morning for a table and then for food to come out (and then it’s gone again if there are more than 5 people in front of you in there queue - and there’s always a queue). They provide towels at the pool (4 star touch) but again these ran out at some point on the day so we were asked to walk the 10 mins to the spa to get towels (not 4 star experience).

**To note we went for breakfast at 9 which admittedly is probably peak time so of course you’re always recommended to go earlier, but being on holiday, I didn’t want to set an alarm for 7am just to be able to eat breakfast. That’s not what I go on holiday for and not when I’ve paid those prices for a 4 star hotel!

Food - in general, tasty enough, but you’re paying inflated 4 star prices in a 3 star hotel. There’s no where to just grab a sandwich or toasty etc. It’s either overpriced plates at the spa, pizza at the bottom pool or hotel restaurant (we didn’t eat at the main restaurant so can’t review). The kids pool was supposed to have food but on a brief visit the kitchen was closed. You can get ice cream from multiple places but again, when the advertising board gives you a choice of 20 ice creams, only 3 or 4 were only ever available.

In summary, I unfortunately left feeling a bit “ripped off”. I paid for an experience that I certainly didn’t get. I paid for 4 star and I definitely didn’t get that. I probably wouldn’t have half of these complaints if they just advertised it for what it is - a basic 3 star hotel and if they charged us accordingly.

Really good, everything was great, food was excellent. Clean, pools was great, beach was great. Super

Ganska nedgånget hotell men har säkert varit jättefint en gång i tiden. Barnen tyckte det var bra med flera pooler och närheten till havet var ett stort pluss.

We had really lovely stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. The view from the window - amazing. The hotel Team - perfect, helpful. Swimming - pools - super! It was really good holiday at this hotel.

The beds are old , not confortable

We had stayed previously and thoroughly enjoyed all that was offered.This time all the bars and restaurants were closed. The roof top restaurant was a special treat but closed.
The hard plastic lounges at the beach front are so uncomfortable.
The apartment was self catering but no start up kit available and no servicing even after 3 days. A broom would have been a good addition!!!
Overall the walk along the beach front with buzzing restaurants and great food is a major highlight.
Disadvantage was the overall presentation of the complex.

Wonderful place, view is spectacular from sea view apartments, food was great, facilities great. Sea is so close that easy to choose between pools and sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we extended one night on the scene, managed to keep us in the same building, so it was painless to change rooms.

The rooms are very clean, amazing and kind staff, beds and pilows are very comftrble and clean, amazing hotel lobby with new 55 and 75 inch TVs to watch the euro 2024, food is amazing and always warm, wine is fresh, awsome desersts.I will come back here and a recomend this awsome place.😁😁😁

I stayed in a Premium apartment. Although it was spacious and well-planned, it needs refurbishment. The common area is large and equipped with numerous facilities and pools. The location is quiet and great, right by the sea. The service was excellent.

The hotel is neat and clean. A little more kindness at the reception. The food is good, but the breakfast is cold.

This place is amazing for vacation or a quick getaway. The views are stunning, the food is great both for breakfast and dinner with excellent variety of choice and really delicious. Their dessert section is so good that you won't be able to choose just one ☺️ It has a spa with pools and hot tubs, and there is also a pool next to the restaurant terrace with sunbeds and lounges. Having your morning coffee or evening drink on that terrace is an unforgettable experience because the view is that good. The staff is great, smiley and welcoming and very kind. We extended our stay for one more night and the reception gave us a very big discount. It's very calm, you can walk around the resort, and there's so much things to do. The rooms are cozy, we liked having two sinks in the bathroom, and everything is super clean.

The view of this hotel simply takes your breath away. From the exemplary service levels from ALL the staff to the impeccably clean rooms, this is a place we will keep returning to for a weekend away. A beautiful secret gem in Croatia, I almost didn't want to write this review as my secret is now out! Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay this summer.

Loved the stay. Staff is super friendly, the food selection was great, pool is clean and pool area lovely. The outdoor area is well maintained and very green, enjoyed the walks. Rooms are clean, soon to be fully renovated. I will definitely come back.

Agréable séjour, le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. Le buffet est succulent !
