Schönes Zimmer, das sehr sauber war, Zimmertüren und deren Schlösser sollten aber dringend erneuert werden.

Cons:

Speisesaal war eine Terrasse mit Planen zugedeckt, daher oft sehr kühl und zugig. Oft lauwarmes und wenig geschmackvolles Essen.

Pros:

Spotlessly clean, food very good, heated pool a real bonus

Cons:

A good distance from shops, bars and restaurants, heated pool was great however both pools are in a poor state of repair with damaged tiles. Rooms very clean and well equipped but wardrobe space is extremely tight

Overall, the staff at the hotel were friendly, approachable, and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant. They were polite and willing to assist when approached, which I appreciated.

Cons:

There were a few issues that affected the overall experience. I had specifically booked a room with a pool view, but upon arrival I was initially allocated a room that had very limited views of the pool. I had to raise this with the manager and explain the issue before an alternative room was offered. While the situation was eventually resolved, it would have been better if the correct room had been allocated from the beginning to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

There were also noise issues in the room caused by strong winds, which made the room quite noisy at times and disrupted the comfort of the stay.

In addition, the cold water supply had been turned off, and unfortunately guests were not informed in advance. This meant that the water was extremely hot, and we were unable to take a comfortable shower. This was quite inconvenient and could have been avoided if guests had been notified beforehand.
