Drive this bad actors out of business, paying customers deserve respect, not ruins and total neglect

Dilapidated premises with dilapidated views, not even a lamp in the elevator (!), no visible entrance, no signposting for reaching the rooms, doors slamming continuously at night, no staff whatsoever, no-one to support in normal circumstances, let alone in case of emergency (another guest was locked out of his room, after his room was squatted the night before ... absolutely beyond any level of imagination, but it happened before my eyes). Do not consider AT ANY COST to feed these bad actors in the hotelerie industry. They should be isolated and driven out of business.

Der Stil des Hotels war gut.

Cons:

Die gläserrne Dusche direkt neben der Tür, ist definitiv ein grober Planungsfehler.
Vielleicht als Paar noch okay. Ist man mit Freundin/ Kind unterwegs ein No Go.
Es gab weder Frühstück noch Kaffee am Morgen, das externe Frühstück muss man zum Preis dazu rechnen. Ging aus der Beschreibung nicht klar hervor. Einige Gäste waren morgens auf der Suche.
Die Eingangstür für die Zeit der nicht besetzten Rezeption schloss nicht richtig. Zugang von außen möglich.
Vom Zimmer aus ein Ausblick auf eine Baustelle.
Ich war schon lange nicht mehr in einem so schlechten Hotel. Der Preis ist nicht annähernd gerechtfertigt.

Personal sehr freundlich, Late Checkin hat gut

Negativ:
Sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer, vermutlich vom Abfluss in der Dusche.
Pflege und Reparaturen im Zimmer finden nicht statt. Unter anderem löst sich das Furnier vom Bett, so dass man sich die Beine beim vorbeigehen aufschrammt.

Nicht nochmal , kein guter Service, laute Zimmer
Pros:

Gute Lage

Cons:

Nicht sauber, überall waren Spinneweben,
Die Lüftung von der Dusche war so laut das man kaum schlafen konnte und man konnte diese nicht ausstellen.
Ich hatte meine Zimmerkarte verloren und es war weder abends um 21 Uhr jemand an der Rezeption noch jemand erreichbar.
