Our room had the mirror lights not plugged in and we couldn’t figure out how to plug it in, there were too many cords between the wall and the beds and limited outlets b/c the one in the side table was broken. The outlet on one side of the nightstand is damaged (the holes are too loose so nothing will stay plugged into it), so we couldn’t plug anything in on one side. The lock malfunctioned a couple of times. Lastly, the water in the shower would only get luke warm, and the bottom of the shower was really slippery after rinsing out hair conditioner.
The staff were great and always very helpful. Aside from some random issues with our specific room, it was overall a good facility.
